k 5 plus good , but lot of heat produce and ram memory heavy used and battery back up less , gameing experince low, but use it light its better

Hi, This fone is really nice but lately i have been facing issues after hard reset. My contacts act wierd. I sometimes cant find my saved contacts and also if I had saved a contact on the name X and another Y. Sometimes when I recieve a call from X the name displayed is for contact Y. also this happens in the contact list. No idea why is this happening and how to resolve this.
