My lenovo vibe k5 plus sometimes turning off automatically and again restated while I am using whatsapp. It is only happens while I am using whatsapp app only. What should I do?I brought it just 2 weeks ago. Please suggest what should I do?

My lenovo vibe k5 plus battery doesn't laat for longer time please can you tell me it's battery problem r same thing happened in your case also...if not then how much longer your battery last plz reply

i have been using this phone for a year now..
1 reliable battery
2 normal cam (vid-pic)
3 perfect sound ( the Dolby enhancement )
4 ZERO sw bugs/issues
5 very good processing speed
6 normal gaming experience ( high recruitment games)
overall , the phone is perfect for its price range

Very worst,
1) contacts opening very slow
2) always self restarted when opening contacts
3) touch will not supporting during contacts opening

Is K5 Plu... more...NO there's no upgrade to android 7.0 nougat...
...YES it hes a swappable batterie and it come inside the box.
...I don't know about the upgrades of UI
...YES the cameras are super clear in normal
conditions...but you'll note some noise in dark conditions.
...YES there's some lags in the heavy graphic games.(adphalt ..san andreass)...but you can steal enjoy playing them in default or medium graphic ...
...THE batterie is going full charged in 1.5 or 2 hours..
...NO there's no IR remote...but there's the VR headset option...
.........the phone is good but it's not for gamers....and it better even then from the j7 in the options and quality and the huawei p6 lite too...

✓i don't know about this...but there is an ''android web viewer''...it regulary updated....

✓absolutely clear....and that what i like in k5 plus even under the sun rays...

✓yes...in some heavy games like asphalt or gta san andreas...but you still can enjoy playing the game in the default or medium graphic...
©©How is the Camera performance (Rear&Front) with good lighting condition?
✓ the rear one is super cool in normal conditions and the front one too...but in the dark conditions you'll notice some noise...

✓it take from 1.5 to 2 hours...

✓unfortunately no...there's no IR blaster....
>> the phone is good ....even more better then the samsung j7 in many options...like...(VR headset option) that lenovo countain...but it's no for gamers...and trust it will be a good choice....

Is K5 Plu... moreIf you want to have Android Nougat on this device you will have to install a custom ROM.
The battery is swappable.
Updates are almost non existent, except the Marshmallow one.
On the stock ROM, it lags a liitle, but it works great on a custom one.
Camera performance it's average, nothing to write home about.
It takes about 2 hours to charge it from 0%
It does NOT have an IR Blaster.

Its been 7 months when i start using this mobile. This model look has couple of issues and it is common to all this K5 VIBE series.
1. Touch Screen sensitivity/response reduces Gradually over the period(usually 3 to 6 months), but high chances. (i started observing this on 7th Month, but my fried observed this in 3rd month itself)
2. if you continuously use(games/internet) for 5-10 min, the phone starts heating and it becomes very slow.
My strong recommendation Do not BUY THIS Model.

As per ... moreproblum for me ,but imo messenger is not working properly, when any call rings it rings very low but all the volumes are full, please any body can solve this.waiting for answer i even can not hear ring ,whatsapp rings fine just imo slow sound, please help how to solve this issue

i got problem with OTA update 59mb , downloaded successfully, phone restarts to upgrade , then restarts again and says software package failed
how can i fix this ?

I have never seen such useless phone earlier. Speed is very slow. Phone stops functioning when a massage is just to be in the in box. Battery is useless. Full charge hardly work for 3 hours. Big task to get battery charged. One need 8-10 hours for full charging of battery. One has to remain on charging than to do your work with phone.
