k5 plus a very good phn in this budget metallic body...not fully....good camera awesm music great display

Not satsified...Camera is like VGA and heating problem starts when i start using phone..i gonna return it tomorrow..guys plz dont buy this wrost phone..will rate 5/10

Any company can provide great processor , and other stuffs that attract masses.
Like xiaomi doing for years.

Big difference is the innovation other companies doing.
Just hear a song with inbuilt speaker or a good headset from Vibe K5 plus, u will think that "Oh my flagship Note 3 is pathetic!" Yeah... just a assembly of specifications. No innovation.

I have received this phone on 25/March/2016... my views after use of approx 20+ hrs
- Looking good- 5/5
-camera is worst ... even micromax 5 megapixel is better than this - 1/5
- sound quality really good - 5/5
-display is attractive- 5/5
-used on company high speed wi-fi, but its too slow in updating apps, there was a 75MB update from lenovo, it takes more than 30 minutes to update. Apps like whatsapp, it takes 5-10 minutes to install- 3/5
-Battery Backup is cool, from yesterday i have installed 50+ apps & shared videos of 6-7GB, talked 2 Hrs, still 46% battery available.
can any suggest- is there any possibility to return this phone with cash back my money ?

I ordered Lenovo Vibe K5 plus on 23rd March, 2016. Received it on 24th March.
The device looks very nice. Display quality is awesome. Call reception is also good. The dual speakers are simply awesome.
But the BIGGEST DRAWBACK is it's CAMERA. I am very much dissatisfied by the camera performance. Even those with redmi 1s are able to click better photos than mine.
If anyone knows, please let me know how to improve the camera performance. Or is it possible that I have got the defective piece?
I am planning to return it but confused. I don't even know if flipkart will return and refund my money or just replace it with a different piece.

Got the LVK5 delivered in about 36 hours although they Flipkart had indicated 5 days transit. That's not as important as the product itself. I selected Lenovo after evaluating Samsung J7 and Moto G Turbo. I think the Lenovo has all the features I require. Internal memory of 16 GB will become the minimum standard as all the OD and Apps are getting heavier by the day. I am discarding my Samsung mobile as Int Memory of 4 GB has become a limitation.
Negatives about LVK5 is battery does drain faster. I am not so worried as I have a good power bank and can always`charge on the go. The mobilw does heat up while charging or running videos ( I dont play games). Perhaps this is expected as the processors get faster.
I take ptrcaution not to talk while it is charding. I received the phone today and am happy with the look,feel and performance. The price looks pretty decent compared to similar phones by Samsung, HTC,Motorola which are more expensive by Rs.3-5,000.In conclusion VFM :as of today.

this is coming from a k5 plus owner...
Forget K5 PLUS if you are looking for a GREAT camera performance especially as a camera hobbist
and Forget Zenfone 2 if you are looking for good gaming performance.. adreno 306 is pathetic ..
Better go for Redmi note 3 atleast you will get great gaming performance out of it .. adreno 510 is almost equal to Adreno 418...

No there is no gorilla glass protection ..
Ram on 1st boot up is almost 1.1 GB free.. and internal 10 gb free...
There is heating issue though .. this is a bit problematic and i am sure lenovo will bring an update to fix this issue soon.. on normal usage it gets only slightly warm when connected to charger..
However camera is OK not that bad and not too good either... and it has more to do with the camera app/software than the hardware..
But the SOUND from this phone is awesome !!! both headphones and speakers ... 10/10
VR is great as well.. good sharpness due to 440 ppi..
like i said before this phone is for people with normal usage .. heavy users should go for Redmi note 3..
