jerome, 27 Jul 2017How we can degrade to lollipop U can use custom rom for degrading ur device as the company does not allow u to do so. U have to root ur device. And after that u can degrade it.

Hold down the volume up and down key togather and then press the power button. U will see the bootloader menu. Wipe all the data and format the device. Reboot it. Hope ur problems will b solved. And never use any kind of antivirus or cleaning tools. Enjoy...
