Don't worry, go ahead and up to Marshmallow. If you have issues, do a factory reset and your P1 turbo would be fine thereafter. I did the same thing.

Last year, I bought Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo. After two months i have many problems with it. On-Off button not working properly. It gets auto on after keeping off mode. Finger touch also not working.
After visiting Service Center, they have not just refused to get it resolve but have given the estimation of expense 8000/- rupees. Even though it was under warranty.
I would suggest to my dear friends. Please do not go for Lenovo based Mobiles especially Turbo Mobiles. I have faced lots of problem but i want you guys do not face such things and save your money and time.

I am fan of lenovo, i have brought the lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo last september so far is working super fine except some hearing problem when there is background noise.... please help me solve that problem.

Why don't lenovo releasing lenovo vibe p1 turbo volte updates? This is very disappointing. This phone is So expensive in lenovo brand but useless in internal design and functionality..

Go to marshmallow.. it's better than lollipop..
When you update it, you'll have more feature on fingerprint..
The fingerprint button will have more functions
Not only for open your lock screen but more than it..
And I don't have any problem with the battery..

After 7 month i used this... moreI have same problem a month after I purchased this product but after I brought to Authorised Service Centre, they said there was not any problem with my phone. They said did I used Lenovo original charging accesories, I said that I usually charged in my car and used to no problem so far. Now, my phone is fine.
Fyi, better not upgrade to Marshmellow, I found that all data is written to internal memory, so you have to move it manually to your extenal, except your extenal memory is formatted and joined as internal memory. While the original Android "Lollypop" still could manage memory to choose writing in extenal or internal.
I wanna ask you if you have had same problem when texting especially with "P" key, can not press in quick texting, can you?

I have a problem with this phone. After 7 month i used this phone, my phone turn off and cant to charge.
my phone can not turn on when i press power. i don't know what i must do and i am very disappointed with this product.

We know this is a smart phone but their is many problems in this phone.first ofall the phone hang in few days ...4g voice /volte doesn't support in this mobile.
Kindly avail new updates in this mobile and support volte network..Then it becomes a good smart phone...

I bought this mobile on November eventhough they are many problems like heating,hanging , battery draining one more problem has found that is jio is not working what is this bloody company always showing great features don't buy Lenovo or any Lenovo brands in span of six months the mobile had gone to service centre for 4 times and if I am telling problem they only update and throw it to my face worst company worst services go to hell you Lenovo company

Hi folks,
I have upgrade my Vibe P1 Turbo to Marshmellow and recently (about a week, I guess), I have experience that my phone making restart by itself. I don't know why, first I guessed my RAM issue but I noticed that RAM memory only used 50%.
Did anyone experience same like me? Or any suggestion to factory reset could solve the problem? Or anyone who could give reasons why this could be happening? Thank you
