is there any chance that vibe shot get the android 7.0 update? the phone is doing pretty well with android m and have the guts to get android n but any chance anyone from lenovo to answer me?

The device is really good for this price range. Although it does not have fingerprint scanner, but what impressed me a lot is the face detection to unlock your phone. it is extremely responsive and takes less than a sec to unlock your phone (even faster than fingerprint scanner). Apart from that there are different options to unlock your phone (e.g. secure location, when device in your hand or pocket etc.)
So far did not experience any issues, apart from heatig issue (Snapdragon 615) during gaming and long camera shooting. And one more is the bloody notification LED which is working only during charging.

i am using lenovo vibe shot from 3 months
i changed the mobile around three times of same mobile
so i feel like the waste mobile
battery is getting heated when we use it continuously for 5 min
and if we try to update
it is going to decline it

Pro:
1. Awesome design,thin,tough size fit in pocket easily
2. Good picture quality with nice camera function
3. fast charging,and fast response- user friendly
Cons:
1.Power drained quite fast
2. Sometimes become hot
overall...worth for money...another masterpiece from lenovo.

I bought on 1/8/2016 Lenovo Vibe Shot / Z90-7 and I have problem wih hotspot function.There is connection with hotspot and laptop or other devices with wifi but there is no trasnmision of data eventhough I am connected to 4g mobile internet.I check about firewall settings but I did not find a solution. Please if someone from the forum has any idea to solve the problem to write it.

i bought this phone from a chinese seller, and that means that it come with all that useless apps that we used to. At first i thought that that wasn't that bad, i mean , yes there are a lot of apps running in the background but at least we can take controll over them.
the secound day with this phone in my hands a little app start to be a pain in the ass, that little astronaut on one side of the screen and the worst of all is that i can't disable it, so i decide to do something with all apps in my phone.
I found this little tutorial on the lenovo forum https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/K-and-Vibe-Z-Series-Smartphones/LENOVO-Z90-7-ROM-update-Android-5-1-Multilingual-Google-Service/td-p/2113025 where they explain how to update your android 5.1 without all that bloatware, i followed it and i can say that my vibe shot is working so good that i cant express my feelings enough, so if you are running out of battery really fast, follow that tutorial, if you want to remove all the original apps, follow that tutorial, if you want a better vibe shot, follow that tutorial, it works so well for me.
