Juz 3 days back i bought this phone ,,, I did master reset but dint get any better solution , it still a lot Problems there , Not working Whatsapp , FB messenger , YOutube , Pllz , Could ny1 tell me how to get rid of this Problems ??

Finally updated to kitkat yesterday, checked all the issues faced by user but surprisingly not found any issue with my upgrade. Everything is running cool !!!

I have problems with the headset button, i cant pause the song or pass to the ather. Try again when you are online. I try online and is the same problem. Can you help me?

the only lenovo model that can use 3g video call ( wechat, skype and include OPERATOR) is a850 plus (+)... i have bought 2 units bcoz it's the cheapst 3g phone i can get nowdays.. believe me..

some days before i saw an update for kitkat 4.4.2, but now i am not able to see any update it is showing your device has the latest version and it is running jellybean. does company removed the kitkat update??

Take a note..Lenovo s960 vibe x 4.4.2 version of kitkat have some bugs and just now im found it..we cant use (Skype)..when i open skype and make video call with someone and then she/her answer my skype (video call) screen will goes to blank=no light eventho you click lock button and we need restart the phone..that is not skype problem..because im trying install new version+older skype version and im still facing the same problem..please fix it..

akhilesh, 28 Jun 2014after I updated to new version4.4.2.cant send message..show... moreRestore factory setting...n your problem will be solve...same with me after install kitkat...after restore factory setting everything were normal...
