hii ..after i upgrade the os 4.4.2 kitkat and check the camera resolution is reduced 13mp to 12mp ..how to 13mp to 12mp reduced ....

hi i purchase lenovo s960 before 2 days but whatsapp is not working in this phone when i start whatsapp it will give me msg conecting...... this will remain for 2-3 minite then get msg please connect to internet or restart fone and try again .... what can i do for that ????? plz suggest me..

As the phone spec says internal memory is 16GB but when you check in the phone it shows only 12.07GB in built memory.

Gaming experience is not good.
Although having a 1.5Ghz processor it lags in many games like asphalt 8, fast n furious etc.
experienced lot of problems especially with the battery and earphones.
The earphones button doesnt work to pause/play music.
Once i had charged it to 100% and then i removed charger and locked screen and then it stopped working.
Didnt switch on again.
Sent for repair and they tell me its working.
After receiving from service it stopped working again.

and u can use an app for changing resolution of ur device n the lag will disappear.
