I have same issue. even though I shut down it gets restart again. even if I charge 100% it gets sink within one hour. if I put it on charging it turns off.
please help with the solution

I have the same problem....my phone now stuck at lenovo logo for about 10 minutes when turn on my phone

Me too I bought it from amazon. It is Chinese version.
Hard to use this one. How & where I CAN GET INTERNATIONAL ROM. PLEASE HELP.

yesterday i have updated to lollipop now its not charging when i am going to charge my mobile it will restart automatically i am not able to charge my mobile, if i remove charger it will work fine. Help me

Have new An... moreHI, I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I haven't experienced over average heating, I'm not a big game fun so I have just tried some games(Asphalt 8) withut remarkable heating, simply, it heats just like any other metal phone. Regarding Lollipop update, no big issues up till now, sometimes certain apps crash but it is rather Android specific common in every phone. Despite of the huge screen and the resolution I have very rarely face any kind of small lags, I can say, the phone is very snappy at all giving you fair user experience. Excellent specs in a beautiful and hihgh quality body. I have just checked the screen/body ratio, it is amazing more than 78%. I'm using it with 2 SIM cards, no big issues occured.I hope it helps.

1. Is the Lenovo fix problem with heating ?
2. Have new Android 5.0.2 some problems, lags...how work in general ?
3. How much is capacity of battery (moderate usage)- 2 days ?
4. How much is RAM occupancy (usually-in every day work) ?

After lollipop update my backlight menu buttons is not working.... But backlight is working in google interface... Kindly someone solve this problem...

Its nice mobile but is should not be a Lollypop os every problems starts from a after os updation.heating problem and graphics problem

just i upgrade kitkat to lolypop in my lenovo z2 pro through mobile internet.
but after update kitkat to lolypop verson , some errors arrived.
1) auto call recording stopped,
2) in the phone book, phone numbers not displayed also in searching in phone contact book
3) signal strength vary poor in dual sim
4) some apps not properly working
5) heating problem in using camera, apps, games, video player etc.....
6) voice clarity goes down.
7) hang problem
8) slow internet problem ( 3g )
9) wifi reception very slow,poor
10) camera clarity poor then 4.4 kitkat
11) gujarati fonts/ language not available/supported in message/whatsapp or not available in any apps.

In lollipop update how is it possible to clean the ram and to stop the running apps. I don't wish to download clean master or so, in KitKat version the ram clearing was inbuilt. Where has it disappeared in lollipop. If anyone can relate to my concern. Thank you.
