good mobile phone but lollipop update is not worth. facing too many problem like heating, network issue, contact numbers not display in phone book, battery issue, auto call recorder, etc much more.
how can i get kitkat 4.4.2 from lollipop ?
please help me.....

guys i cant seem to run apps like whatsapp or hike or messenger using network. i use a voda 3g connection and its not just working.. no data transfer. no problem over wifi. please help as it is a major problem.

One of the issues ... or the only issue so far... found after Lollipop update is that the gallery app is not able to process and display the HDR images... hope we get an update soon, unless I'm the only one facing this issue... lollipop update is awesome and worth the wait...

updated to 5.0.2 lollipop. I had applications in "frozen" state using the power manager. After update i don't find anywhere, where i can "unfreeze" them

I have updated today with lollipop version 5.0.2. Its amazing. But phone gets stuck for 15 min during updatation. There no significant improvement in reception.

The only issue is its network signals reception. its poor. All other phones were showing excellent signal strength while it shows one or two signals and often no signal "×" with red cross sign. I request manufacturer to please look into to this and sort this out earliest to compete samsung. This complaint is now becoming serious among users.

After updating to lollipops when phone started give me options for showing the notifications on the lock screen I selected to hide it... however now I want to change this option but I cannot find the same screen that pop-up...
Any idea please help I looked every where inside options but no use

Sim 2 slot is the slot for memory card also which means you can either use memory card or 2nd SIM

i have been using using lenovo vive z2 pro since 5 months, now
issue i faced heating up,hanging,and many other issues like cellbroadcast, mobile iocn,
i trsuted in lenovo, until the lolipop upgrade, seee the hardware is excellent, i guess one cannot beat a 6inch fablet in this size, 4000mah,dual sim, and sexy display.with a lovely 4k camera.
hardware bingo, nothing in the market for this rate.
software issue, terrible.
all resoled with lollipop one suggestion, pls don not use secure zone, as it using lots of ur ram, which can make the mobile, under perform, like 40 percent, rather have 1.5 GB ram, and use it without lags, i have tried using, the mobile, with 39 back ground apps, and its cool.
in poor network areas,battery dies off that's normal.and can over heat upto 42.c, use the app cool master
but this mobile with this display and functionality its normal to happen.
guys enjoy the lollipop, on vibe z2 pro lovely experience ull forget any other mobile.
yes use a better app to enhance ur camera experience.
1.26 GB lollipop upgrade,
do not use secure zone, u can switch in on and off as required.
u will not loose ur data.
and power management app will be there a better one.
beside play store is there, so i don't understand people cribbing for app, pls download what u like.
