Rominsan, 13 Dec 2019Does it have global version?There is a Global ROM but the Chinese ROM is typically kept updated more quickly and more often and it is more stable as well. I use the Chinese ROM with the English option it has and have no problems. The latest update to Android 10 has a really cool custom Chinese theme with unique icons, if you are into that!

Anonymous, 13 Dec 2019How we can get this update?The update to Android 10 is being pushed automatically to your phone. Or you can just go to Settings and do a System Update. It is a large update, over 1GB, so be sure you have a fast connection and enough power to last through the install. My initial updates and this one went through without any problems at all. Am really happy with how fast Lenovo is implementing both the security and now the version updates!

I just bought this phone 3 days ago. All perfect, except Netflix app isn't supported. Phone has global rom, changed by the seller from initial chinese rom. Anyone have a solution for this? I installed netflix apk from a web link but on opening, same alert ,,you phone does not support this application.

Come on guys Vivo Iqoo Neo 855 is the cheapest SD855 phone in the world right now with killer specs 4500 mAh battery, 33W fast charging, super AMOLED plus HDR10 display and cheaper than the z6 pro...now that's what i call a ''steal'' for it's price

Dunno why this phone is underrated...apart from Lenovo software updates issue the phone is best bang for buck. SD855 is a steal at this price

I think if it is equipped with NFC then it would be perfect.
Software side, Lenovo also not the one having record for frequent OS updates.
For cheap and frequently updates smartphone, might only can stick to Xiaomi. However, Xiaomi flagship smartphone doesn't comes with memory expansion slot and 3.5mm jack, but among the same price, it offer bigger internal memory. Another alternative would be the regular Oneplus 7.
