Very Very good mobile for 3-4 months. After that mobile got bulged and screen came projecting outside, Battery bulged, Touchscreen stopped functioning and the bonus is Lenovo service center says it is not covered under warranty - even before identifying the problem - so Lenovo Customer care says No warranty for Zuk Z1

lenovo zuk Z1... nice mobile. but.. it's produces too temperature during use mobile data.

there is a problem in my zuk z1 handset i.e. It can't hold during the call or call waiting. Please guide me how to solve this issue. i've done the factory reset and safe mode operations.

From day 4 it has started rebooting randomly and happens for 5-6 times a day...don't buy this phone

Hi all
I by mistake change my phone frequency band from 900 MHz to 850 MHz USA band
By dialing *#*#4636#*#*.
Now I'm not able to receive 2G and 3G signal in my mobile.because in India 2G work on 900mhz .
Now how can I revert my actual band setting.
Help anybody please..

Worst phone ihv got this phone through e-bay on the month of may
Starting no problem
Now slowly battery back up slowly got down
And mainly, A BEND CAME ON THE MOBLE, NOW MY MOBILE HAS SMAILL CURVE IN IT,MEANS IT LOST IT'S SHAPE.
Now im putting tempered glass on screen means its slowly breaking down.
I hav applied 3tempered glass to screen all 3are same position
Not even 6 months done i took the mobile.
I need a compensation to my mobile.
I literally need help. Thos can only done only be LENOVO

Hi all, I am also using the same phone and it has been a very bad experience using it. A lot of bugs, issues that u cant troubleshoot as well. If anyone can help me out with this, it will be a great help :-
* The lock button isn't working. if I try pressing it 20 times, it responds back only once.
I don't think its a hardware failure as it happened gradually, earlier the ratio was 10:1 and prior to that it was a brand new phone.

AnonD-585187, 15 Sep 2016You should buy this phone..it is best phone in this price r... moreIt is awesome I was in love with it & did lots of research, still my heart isn't allowing to go with it by having a look at the ratio of defected components specially at amazon, majority is not happy with it, either they get defected handsets (in my country I would have got two days replacement warranty) or they get any defect after a month or two months & service center takes several days to fix it (where as I do not have any service center in my city or even in near by cities, not even sure if they have a center in Pakistan), so decided not to take risk with my pocket money & to go with any trusted device like P9 Lite...
