I purchased may 2016 and suddenly no service issue noticed, phone technical issue and lenovo customer care team not bother about this issue.

Bought 2 of these new for wife and myself and both have developed the same issues. First fingerprint scanner stops working, and later home button fails completely. Basically warranty is emails going back and forward with zero help. This is from the official online seller, so you will probably not even get an email response from any other seller. A good phone, ruined by a small quality problem with disgraceful warranty support. Happy to provide emails for anyone that needs them. Last lenovo phone!

This cell is awesome.. There is sm minor lag but marshmallow with cyanagon 13 will fix it up soon... I m liking it

Bought this phone from Amazon for my wife. Amazon was promoting it. A month later 'network' issues. Phone gets into 'airplane' mode. Took the phone to Lenovo service station here in Bangalore. Got it fixed in 20 minutes, assumably some hardware issue. 10 days later same issue. I read very many similar reviews on this phone - with same issue. Lenovo needs to recall this phone. They should have tested this device really well before launching it. Why are we customers made to be scape goats/guinea pigs. Absolutely not fair isn't it! - Its not free, we've paid for the phone! and money doesn't grow on trees. Please do not buy this phone.

* It had sensor issue
* Battery life is very less
* Frequently getting shutting down
I bought it from Kuwait through souq.com. I had sensor issues from the beginning, then started battery draining. Now within 6 months every frequent its getting shutting down, though enough battery is there. In kuwait, sales after service is very poor.
