XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 3 :
What I Liked in This mobile :
1. Nice Performance
2. Great Battery Backup
3. Fingerprint Scanner Placement & IR Blaster
4. sd card support
5. OTG Supported
6. Nice Build Quality
7. Slight Heating issue
What I didnt Liked :
1. You cant use Dual Sim cards with sd card at a time
2. Network issues ( earlier i faced same issues with redmi 1s, redmi 2, redmi note 4G)
3. Slight Lagging issues after recent update
4. Average Cameras. u ll find little bit yellowish tint in photos
5. Average Display. But Sharp
6. No Screen Protection. Display will broke easily if u drop the mobile from low height
7. PC to mobile data transfer takes years
8. High SAR Rating. Sometimes i got headache while watching in mobiles
9. Audio Quality via earphones is flat. no audio options available. Speaker Placement is not good. on backside when u r in other room u cant hear ringing
LENOVO ZUK Z1 :
What I liked :
1. Display Quality. Really Excellent . it reminds me Super AMOLED Screen some times
2. Camera Quality
3. OTG Supported
4. U can customize ur mobile like icons ,themes, notification light .......... some excellent features are there
5. Dual Sim Support
6. Fast Fingerprint Scanner
7. Good Battery Life
8. Screen protection. i dropped twice from almost 5 feet.nothing happend to screen. i think some protection is there
9. Even Outdated Chipset & GPU . U ll enjoy smooth gaming experience
10. No Network issues found till now
11. PC to mobile transfer is fast. data transfer rate is 10 MB/sec (in redmi note 3 max rate 1.5 MB/sec)
12. Audio Quality via earphones was excellent with Audio FX feature. Speaker placement is good. you can clearly hear ringing when u r in other room
What I disliked :
1. no sd card support
2. Some heating issues r there with extended gaming.
3. Mobile is a bitter heavier side
4. Fingerprint scanner is on front
5. USB Type C. u must take connector always
Final Verdict :
If u r in tight budget, dont want camera, need IR Blaster, dont want dual sim and want sd card support , performance, battery life Go with Redmi Note 3
If U want better camera, nice display, better audio quality, performance , customization, Go with Lenovo ZUK Z1

What sort of project management is it that cannot even give a month (or year?) as a target for release?

Guys if u r facing problems like front camera ,flash is not working in ur lenovo zuk z1 just do simple thing.....
Hold ur power button
Select reboot option and see ur problem is sort out....:-)

Problem with this cell
1.You should be ready to sit near or on the tower for signal sometimes.
2.You have to develop habit of being patient sometimes for opening an app .it hangs too.
3.You can use it as an iron box .

when I first bought the zuk z1 I thought that it was the best phone I've seen.No iphone,no Samsung.zuk z1. Everything was perfect, til the first system update. I had 3 updates since I first bought it and this is the outcome
After update 1-The phone reboots itself while in a call.
After update 2-The left top side of the screen is gone white
"strike" 3-Battery drains right after been fully charged and charge icon shows even when is not connected to the power.
I'm starting to think that the do it on porpose.

this phone suddenly went into airplane mode and even after turning it off from all the places the gsmradio is not turning on.
did some research that it is an unsolvable problem so i need to rush to service center to claim my warranty and get its motherboard replace.
guys don't buy this phone.

Mr and my friend buy this phone 1 month ago and now we both face hanging problem at time amof incoming call and lots of heating problem and it lots of network problem this time my phone is is at service center but they said it will take 45 days and they don't give any standby phone
