I m very disappointed with this mobile because in this price range I mean I pay for this 13500/- but zuk Z1 is still working on 5.1 & they are shut down there so called cyonogen platform middle of stage...I mean in this price range I used LTE behalf of that there are so many options in market who provides better service to the customers...in future I never ever buy any product from Lenovo...it's a worst experience.

Anonymous, 21 Jul 2017I bought this mobile on 7th July 2016....it goes to service... moreZuk z1 was tailor made with Cyanogen but after its release the Cyanogen company was shut down which eventually blocked any software update. Thus the frequent restarts! You can use this phone beautifully if you root your device and flash a custom rom like Mokee or Resurrection Remix.

You may try to use JioVoice app to use VoLTE service, however using Jio SIM is not recommended on Z1 as it seems most users are having problem with Jio SIMs on Z1....

I charge the phone and unplugged after full charge and play a music and it got off and start to vibrate and off. When I tried to switch on it still shows a lines on the screen and vibrates. What troubleshoot can be done to rectify the issue?

I bought this mobile on 7th July 2016....it goes to service center in 2-3 times....still I have issue in calling....when m talking on phone the receivers end voice not reach properly.....other so many issues...its switch off automatically.....shame on u Lenovo for such a wrist product....u r chitting customer....if they are spending their valuable money then how can u give such a chip product????

Really disappointed with this phone. First the fingerprint sensor stopped working after 6 months. 8th month and the power button has issues. 10th month and the home button behaviour is ridiculous. 11th month and you notice the screen lag for first time. 12th month power button and home button stop working. A year has passed and you now go to settings to enable the tap screen to wake up and double tap on task bar to lock because only volume buttons and soft buttons are working. A month into the 2nd year and phone keeps restarting for 4 hours and then when it you were happy that it is up, soft buttons have stopped working, 2 weeks after the dies and you throw it away because you don't know how to switch on a phone where power button is dead. Piece of crap .... Display looks, rubbish keep heating up ,navigation keep losing signal in the middle of ur trip nearly had an accident ...waste of money don't bother buying this crap
