This phone was replaced by my previous phone and I thought this phone to be the best. But now I feel like throwing it in the garbage. after 2/3 hours/days when put up fingerprint unlock the problem of hanging and touch problem start arising.

HOW?
>> Press "Volume Up" button and "Power" button for 10 to 11 sec (till the screen goes off). It will restart and the PROBLEM will be SOLVED.

I just got an OTA update of around 280 MB. It says it will solve some bugs in the system and also I got security patch for this month. How can I check that what are the bugs got solved by this update? All the bugs related to tap to wake and sleep and screen resolution change got solved with this update?

I am using this phone,its not good at all.very bad phone same problem I also faced ,screen is locked not able to reboot the phone .screen touch is not working .not worth for money.please don't buy this phone. so what to do? plz reply

No service on both sims..this is the worst phone i ever had..not getting any network on both sims airtel and videocon..i live in city..i think its aeroplane mode bug.

was planning to go for ZUK but the reviews are not good as I was expecting ... even at amazon I can't see any reviews , which phone should I go for at the same price range ??

AnonD-269765, 14 Jun 2016Planning to buy a new phone which one should i go Zuk z1... morezuk z1 has heating issue in simple use while playing games it will heat n settle while charging it burns, built quality not satisfied, automatically screen will turn on n of, in few days got scratches on back although using carefully, fingerprint also takes 2,3 attempts, screen doesn't locks many times especially i tested it, i think it has touch issue also i faced in subwaysurfer n asphalt8, n many be few more issues also which i don't remember right now. Overall i regret my buy.

Please don't buy LENOVO ZUK Z1 worst model phone. while i am using this hanging so many times .touch screen is not working. even though I rebooted its not working, screen is switching off within a moment.

my mobile not getting any network signal .Seller rejected return offer because he claims its a warranty issue.Talked and mailed to lenovo support but they need 4 days to register warranty.After 2 days of research i just got signal but not stable . Presently i am using it as a as a media storage and player.

Hello,I've been using the zuk z1 for quit e sometime now and I've been facing this issue.....I don't exactly have a network problem and I can easily make calls but every time some one tries to call me they they the message that my phones not reachable even though I have good connectivity so basically I can make outgoing calls are possible but no incoming.....any suggestion s?
