hey to all the people hoo cant download ringtones its because u first have to check if the ringtone company is compatible to ur phone and network. for example vrigin cant to jamster but it can do 193193.net.au. Also you cant unlock a sim for free you have to get e certain amount of credit or have it for over 8 months first!! if n e one needs help just post it up n ill try answer it asap caseu this fone is a very simple and good fone to use

Hey pplz..well a bought diz fone about a month ago but i wanna change de sim card into another network cauz virgin mobile dont let me browse other website except virgin wap...but when i put another sim card it says insert right sim card...can someone please help me how to remove simlock free of charge........

This phone not only looks good but is easy to use. Lg beats its rivals any day because I did not have to even read the manual. I have had many phones but this is the easiest by far. I recommend this phone for the older generation or people who aren't tekkies because of its user friendlyness, If you have any questions above this model email and I'll help if I can. theres a problem with ringtone. when i changed from the "Star" ringtone to "Ballade" it says its done sucessfully. but when someone calls it plays the "Star" ringtone no matter how many times i change it. and when i go to change it it says "ballade" not "Star". someone help?

Hey guys, this phone is pretty good, but i've had a lot of problems with it. I enabled this thing so that I could recieve picture messages and ringtones from others but now it wont let me. I swapped from virgin to vodafone and I can't seem to get them. The phone is good itself but thats the only problem I have if anyone would be able to help me in what I do it would be muchly appreciated thanks. Love Nat!! XOXO

need help! wife just got one of these phones...quite happy with it except sms message alert...get only one beep.Tried others but no different.Anyway of getting a longer sound? Also how do you download ringtones on this phone.....joe....adelaide

what is your network ? optus ? voda? virgin? telstra ? orange ? which company do u lock your sim card with ? coz i want to buy this phone but which company should i lock with cheap price. btw i only like this phone becasue of the mirror and nothing else, i got motorola A1000, XDA o2, sony ericsson p900, but i need to carry a mirror so i can watch my face before i start flirting with a girl. sometimes u may have dust in your face or dirty dirt

It says "Insert right sim" because you can't change networks until 6 months after you've been with the first company you were with. It's either stay with them for 6 months, or spend 80 dollars credit. Well, that's what I got told any way.
And yes, it's a chicks phone, unless you're a homosexual guy who likes to look at himself in a personalised mirror.

hey leonard i think that this fone might be locked to a certain network so in order to unlock it u might have to pay them money - send it oversees or something

I bought an LGc1100 overseas which is secured to an overseas network but when I insert any simcard for networks in my country
the phone rejects the simcards.On the screen it reads "insert the right sim".Any Idea pliz advise.

this phone is a good phone but i had to send mine in because i stopped working i couldnt send or recieve text or calls and it never would work properly its getting replaced with the same phone because they said most people that have the phone who bought it before 2005 will have trouble with it but overall its a cute and good working phone

hey, yeah no shait, i cant get mms to work either!! and my internet hardly ever works... hmmm... i dont know how to fix it... oh, and did you get the cable that connects your fone to the computer to download pictures from your computer?coz i didnt. its in the manual, but didnt get it.. you know where to get em?! CYA!!

I had this phone b4 i dropped it in water and it became frigged up. It's a kewl phone and doesn't cost much. I had difficulty downloading ringtones coz most sites don't cater for the phone. Overall it's a cute phone and it'll get you a lot of good complainments
BUY IT
