Here's hoping that he is an perfection on g2 and not an entirely new phone- reasons being screen size and ratio currently is the best available. Those who want a resolution bump should get their priorities straight as the difference will be inconcievable and battery life will take a hit for no good reason and the size of the phone will need to increase which is not the cup of tea for the greater majority.
Secondly battery life any improvement to efficiency is welcome and wireless charging is a plus.
Finally a improvement to the camera, demo is perfect and g2 has the best camera available, instead wasting r&d on creating a new module they should improve the current system- for starters faster autofocus I say phase detection, better low light performance and maybe higher Iso , and slow mo and 4k should be standard.
And being and improvement may mean that g2 will still be regarded valuable and not forgotten and we may see a software update to bring some of the features. Rest the budget can focus on marketing the beast.

dinu, 11 Apr 2014how can i update software in g2?If its not updating to Kit-Kat right away, you can try the following. You need to navigate to Settings > Apps, and enable the option which lets you see all apps (if applicable). Then, you scroll down the alphabetical list to Google Services Framework, open it up and tap Clear Data and then Force Stop.
I did a reboot after that and then checked for the OTA update and it began pulling down right away.

I m pretty dissapointed,the latest news of G3 specs will be using Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974),is NOT the minimum expected 805.
If this is true,i want to ask LG why? the whole world is expecting G3 to be in high standard,high quality hardware,yet it's still maintain at 800 CPU,it's totally unacceptable. LG wakes up please.

upgraded from s4 to g2, I am very satisfied, almost everything is better, camera, batery life, built quality, expecialy gaming.btw if you don't have ota update, try lg update via usb,it worked for me,just installed kit kat
