AnonD-350866, 17 Jan 2015855 is the international version of the lg g3 device d855 ... moreI dont know why you guys are so fast already got the 20f version,i still holding with the 20a version,whenever i tried to check the software update,i was prompted with "you are using the latest software version".
Whats wrong with my G3,d855 model 32GB.

That is the Thermal throttling setting. Once the phone heats up, your phone reduces its performance to prevent overheat instead of restarting by itself just to save the phone. Try to monitor if the phone heats up, you will feel stutters whiles scrolling thru your apps.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2015Are there any long term users of this phone who have experi... moreYeah i got it since the summer and there is NO Overhetting at all....Don't listen to some kids or ppl working on other company's...go try it yourself on a seller...No overheating and the batery is excellent(7+hours max use - 5+days light use)..Best phone 2014 by far...everyone else just copy.. laser/stabilixation/qhd etc...LG feed the company's for free:P

I am facing the overheating issue too specially while using 3g data. I was wondering if these issues will get fixed after lollipop update. I am keeping brightneds to 20% auto to save juice. For me at least 1 day full backup is fine. But i am hardly getting it with even mediocore uses. Expected a lot from g3

If this had 1080p display and if it has 4000 mAh battery, then the battery backup would have been more.

In my view this phone has a great opportunity, but hasn't lived up to its hype. I have been using the Sprint LG G3 for a little over a week, and have already been experiencing the bad sides of this phone. Im not going to lie, this phone is amazing for what it is, i love the 2K screen and 4K recording, LG's helpful features, and more but in my mind the cons of this phone are heavy ones, that stand over the pros. The first day i got my phone, it was charged half way. I was at a friend's house and wanted to use my phone constantly and i noticed my battery was still at 30% after 3 hours of use! So i was so exited about this new phone, fast forward 5 days. My phone began heating up, and it was far to much for the simple things i do on my phone. I don't game on my phone often, i usually will scroll through my social network feeds and watch youtube videos. After about 20 minutes of constant use, around the camera on the back will become extremely hot, its not a big problem but a major annoyance as i feel like i have a toaster in my pocket 24/7! Also as my phone heats up, performance drops, and battery drops. When the phone is heated up you can literally watch the battery draining. i cant make it 5 hours of normal usage with bluetooth, nfc, location, or any services on. I feel that i am forced to keep that amazing display down to a insanely low 20% brightness during the day. Third and lastly, i had just figured this out today, and its what really killed the phones "flagship" reputation. There are lots of reports of this phone having trouble with its audio jack, and for a person who loves listening to music like me, it sucks. The phone seems to have a hard time with car or home stereo systems that connect with aux. It will make high frequency hard drive like noises when being used, and sometimes create a loud gunshot like noise when a song changes. ( ive heard all 3 plus the "tick-tock" noise) IN CONCLUSION, i would give this phone a 6/10 it has the capability but lg didnt put enough work into it. Im returning mine soon :(

After the update through update center , I can see two Voice Assistant icon out of which one always give a server error . Any solutions ? I'm using 16GB version with Android 5.0
