The pioneers in screen manufacturing has come up with a legend..... the 1st phone to show the true and prodigious QUAD HD SCREEN... a humongous 1440*2560 and immensely innovated technology imbibed within.
Camera quality: an alternative to DSLR, gives exceedingly superfine quality pics after clicking that even is beyond measure... reveled in august last year and yet the camera is unquestionable and amongst the best in league.
From processor to customizing options everything is just wow.... all in all deserves to be the SMARTPHONE OF THE YEAR as it got this credential and it deserved very much.

I am facing overheating issue with my g3. Half an hour of clash of clans with 3g fata on makes the phone condiderably hot. And also faced overhraying issue while keeping the camera on for 2 hours at stretch. I have kept fisplay brightness on 30% auto and running on 4.4.2 kitkat.
What should i do??

Great specs giving a mediocre outcome. The excellent camera lens is frustrated by the weak software of LG. The lack of settings was supposed to be replaced by the ability of self detection of the scenes. Actually, it fails. The OIS is almost absent, especially in night or low light conditions.
The battery sucks while the device gets heated.
Very good specs on paper, brilliant display, but the user experience awful..

Hi,
Post lollipop v20f update, i am getting huge battery drain, with 100% cpu awake time, and "android system" consuming most of the battery.
Any solution or suggestion.

Use either du battery saver pro app or greenify app (do not use both).

Very happy with my G3.Yes there is some lag in opening of the apps but it's not a deal breaker considering the 320 euros I paid for it off contract which compared to other flagships is a steal. Camera is good not superior, but most impressive part is the battery life. I can get to 3 4 days on regular use ( checking Facebook, instagram and making some calls every few hours), but of course on screen time is average considering the screen. Only real problem is the heat right on the on/off button but I guess it normal to have a beast processor under the hood and no cooling system.
Bottom line, the phone is gorgeous, screen is beautiful, battery life is amazing and it's quite cheep for the package. I'm using it for a month and I'm loving it.
