U did hard reset first befor... moreNo I did hard reset after upgrade, as you know phone goes to factory settings and becomes like you just bought when you do hard reset, as I said earlier I haven't observed battery but the os is so fast and charming

I got the update OTA and i had minod question and sent an email they called me and walk me through it.. Their support is good too... Better register it and ask themselves why...

I do watch movies all the time and browse web everyday on the moves,i can't live with a smaller screen,it's no longer feasible on today mobile world.
A mobile phone today is not just solely for voice communications,it also acts like your PC.
If LG goes reverse and shrinking the screen size,how it going to compete with other manufactures.
See yourself iphone+ is 5.5",apple used to have smaller screen,if they dont make it big this round,they will lose competition.

Hi to get lollipop is fairly simple...
What you need to do is go on LG's Website search for the product which is the D855 (LG G3), Click on product support and then click update software and drivers, download the USB driver and mobile support tool.
Or follow this link below to download them:
http://www.lg.com/uk/support-mobile/lg-LGD855
Then what you will need to do is open the support tool and plug in your phone via the USB port it will say your phone is eligble for an upgrade if you're currently running 4.4.2... the upgrade should be quite larger around 1gb or so, so it will take a while, click start upgrade.
DO NOT unplug your phone until it has finished (after all apps are optimised).
Then you are done and have lollipop 5.0. =)

When I try to update to lollipop via PC, it shows "couldn't update. Try reconnecting" at around 50%. Any idea?
And when will the OTA be released here in India?

I updated my phone to lollipop, I have never experienced so-called problems, lollipop is awesome so fast
But you should hard reset to get best experience
