There is one thing some who compliment G3 performance are missing.
G3 users like me who talk about G3 heating and battery life problems have used 100s of high rated phones.
We compare and rate devices depending on that experience.
The lags that we consider it a lag maybe different than others views!!
For example: if it takes more than a second to switch between a page and another that's a lag in terms of new high rated smartphones.
When the phone heat reaches exceeds 35-40 degrees C then there is a problem.
When must be charged much during daily use then there's a problem.
Briefly, all that can not be seen other than during heavy use. Technicians and engineers know about it because they test phones all day, so they can notice the slight difference in performance.
While a user who like to watch his/her lovely phone more than use it much, probably to not save its usage life:))) then you ppl can never see its flaws!!!!

G3 problems of heating that leads to lags and short battery life does not appear unless you are a heavy user.
So clients who use their G3 for calling, some browsing time to time or some games playing...etc don't post your useless comments here about great battery life...etc
Even Technical reviews in many phone websites have G3 in the last ranking between new released phones in terms of battery life, and this is a result of extensive usage, so you don't understand better than them.

Dear friends
LG is a company no value for Complainy.
I buy LG g3 on last week and getting network problem. After making Complain to LG people do nothing and I make Complain to shopkeeper but lastly he advice me to go to court.
In 2g mode network ok but in 3g mode phone lost network and network only come after a restart. If LG hears my Complain this is ok otherwise I will go to consumer court.

as a heavy user,i didn't encounter overheat, restart, lag interface, weak battery life, I have Lg2 and G3.. for battery life slight the same, note: lg g3 is a quad hd and has 5.5 screen, unlike g2 5.2 and 1080p hd only... those who complain about G3, maybe it a factory defect, and already compared g3 camera vs z2 camera, g3 has vivid color than z2, of curz z2 is waterproof.. but it's up to you which phone you will buy, because it's your money... :v

Limited, 05 Oct 2014Hey kid, let me tell you something, whatever works for does... moreKid i would say the same thing to u...Stop saying don't buy it...All company's make some faulty devices from the factory..and am telling u LG G3 generally has No problems..Like bendphone or S5(Glitch: Touchscreen unresponsive or ghost touches), they all have ....Generally from my own experience on 32 gb model and friends who got it also because they got excited...No problem at all...And yes if u play too much with the developer options just because u c it on Utube doesn't mean is right:P

Ok so since my friend has a good LG G3 which is not restarting randomly or heating very quick, we decided to swap phones. He used my old G3 in exchange for Samsung S5 (yeah we ditched the defective G3) and Im using his G3. No problems so far and im really happy with it.
I think there are batch of defective D855 units released by LG due to demand and to make up with the supply. Coz I know this is one of the best phones for 2014.

I use CM Security and Clean Master that both work as Antivirus, boost memory, remove junks, and the first can lock apps but even this didn't stop the useless McAfee from running and popping in notification!!!
Very weird too that McAfee doesn't appear in those apps in the preinstalled app tab(nor in other apps tab...) when want to stop it from there instead manually through settings, general, running apps....
I also use Apus to organize my folders, screen, one click boost, and battery saver.
Downloaded the Greenify app but not sure how to best use it??
Anyone have other interesting apps to use with or instead?

Do you guys keep it as Admin and keep on updating it on request. Even when you install other antiviruses?
Anyone was able to remove the McAfee from G3?

S . SUDHAKAR, 04 Oct 2014Sorry for that. Try backing up the data and do factory reset.I had already reset it to factory default a month ago.
It will not help to remove the McAfee because it comes preinstalled, so it will get worse since it will be set as Admin, then it will ask you to update it, when you don't even want it to exist on your G3:)

So instead of accusing others as "trolls" why don't you check other forums regarding the problems we are facing with our G3?
You just got lucky you didn't got the faulty one. And besides, this is tell other potential buyers about the issues that they "may" face in the future. If you don't have to say anything nice, better not to comment.

I still do not understand what is that but I hope those who have problems in their handset should get solved as early as possible.

u r lucky because your phone has no issues but a lot of people not,this does not make them trollers.
LG only commented a bout this issue in their German website .
