Anyone knows if using G3 wifi hotspot for long hours may have a bad effect on the phone.
I charge it twice per day, maybe it will lower battery life but regardless of that, any hardware problem may result!?

    Next version will fix the problem but you can do it now on your G3 by:

    First going to G3 setting-general-about phone-software info-then click on "build number some 5-7 times- it will tell you are a developer- go back to general- you'll see "developer options" new tab- click on it- select runtime- it will be dalvik- you change it to ART
    Hola, you just improved your phone overheating problem and short battery life.

    Be Aware, that means you rooted your phone, which voids the warranty, but you can unroot it again if any problem happens later(before LG 1 and half year Warranty ends) and you wanted to take it to LG Customer Care.

    You can send them an email from not your real email address and ask if this change to ART voids the warranty.

    Anyway, like said, you can unroot it afterwards....but contact them for mind peace if you like:)

            I have been reading about all the different issues people are having with the g3.Has anyone thought about
            all of the different games and apps
            that they install on their devices
            When you install apps read and research first.There are also apps
            that you can and should install to optimize your device.There are settings within devices you can change
            To alleviate overheating,lag etc...
            Every phone ever made has issues that can be alleviated with the right apps
            and right changes in internal setting.
            I have had all of moto atrix devices
            Note,Note2 ,Note3,Galaxy Mega and now
            LGG3 all devices people have a lot of
            different issues with.I have never had
            most of these issues and the few that I have had over the last few years have been so minor that they haven't been deal breakers.Most overheating is due to lots of apps and processes running in background.There are apps

              Had you updated it to 10i software first?
              Had you switch settings to ART?

              G3 improved a lot in no lags and battery life.

              Bear in mind, if you are going to use the G3 much for business or playing games for hours with screen on then not just G3 but any other phone will not last more than 6-8 hours on streak use even if brightness is lowered.

              Buy ipad much better if wanna play games.....

                        Hi guy's. 2 big problems with this phone Browusing 1 hour battery from 100% go's to 60%.
                        And screen so whitesh. Samsung s5 far better than g3.
                        And g2 screen . battre than g3.acsapt that phone is very good simple with good fechars

                          I have had my G3 for about a week now, love this phone, no problems as yet Photo's are great with the camera, sound could be alittle clearer. But all in all I simply love my new LG-G3

                                Hi there! To all my co- lg g3 user my phone performs much greater after i disabled all the animation under the developer options and i put my network on just 2g only when im not using internet and my battery last longer more than before. Try it cause it is based on my own experience. Tnx!

                                  ddkhan , 24 Sep 2014G2 screen resolution better than g3 what is Qhd fale. Exparymet.Read the 3rd point of G2 (handling, display, flip covers). It (G2) has poor sunlight display legibility.

                                    I have an LG G3 and I think LG G2 has more feather in camera than LG G3 but we can't ignore the power of focus in LG G3.
