This phone is awesome. Display is the best and battery life is very good after update. I have battery doctor on my phone and i record every charge time. its like 3 days for normal using. if i play game all day long then i have to plug that day. Its pretty nice. Performans is very good too i can play all the games available now and phone heat is high but every phone has the problem and if the heat is too high 'and it happened me only one time'phone lowered the display light auto and thats the only problem i had. if you want to buy a phone this is what you want without regret.

M using this cell 2weeks.
Battery life is good after update.
Cell is fast no hanging issues
Camera is nice .
Screen is very good

It's obviously G3 has a faster CPU(4 cpus is far better than 2 cpus),higher Ram,more storage with card slot,sharper Camera,super Resolution,lighter weight and slimmer,better battery capacity,beautiful outlook.
I do not see iPhone is anyway better than G3,and iPhone doesn't have FM Radio too.
Are ppl going for the brand or specs.

So far, it's FAR better than the original G. I *am* a regular user and getting over a day's worth of email, browsing, Facebook, etc out of it. That's compared t othe G from two years ago not even lasting a whole business day, being forced to leave it plugged in every time I was sitting down.

From all the comments, you need some luck to get a G3 working perfectly as it should. That phone and its super screen seems a bit ahead of its time. G4 will probably correct everything and be perfect. At the moment i will try to find another phone with less issues...The new A serie from Samsung seems promising. Or maybe LG will lauch some good phone soon, but i doubt it because it seems to be focusing on low-range phones at the moment.

Heavy User = Screen On all the time, working on programs...browsing...
A Business man like me needs a real great battery because my programs need consistent screen on at least for 4-6 hours streak per day.
G3 would never last more than 6 hours on heavy use.
Knowing too that I keep the brightness most of times at 30% to save more battery life AND I use Apus app that save much minutes for more battery life.

I'll admit that I mostly got the g3 because of the huge beautiful screen. But just three months after owning it I'm so ready to give it up. My battery life is absolutely terrible. I had a full charge at around 8 am and by 12 my battery is already at 10% I would normally be okay with this if I was on it, but I wasn't. It seriously drains so fast. And the lagging has gotten so bad. To the point where I'm turning my phone off many times a day just to reset it. Half the time,it doesn't want to unlock and the lagging on the keyboard has gotten on my last nerve. Plus the heat the phone gives off is absolutely insane. I've never felt a phone get so hot just casually browsing through Facebook. With all that being said I'm definitely going back to an iPhone as soon as I can.

This is for those who wants to buy lg g3. Here is not the best place to go asking for an advise on whether to buy the phone, other phones or not. The reason is this: the people here claiming to be self lg g3 enthusiasts are nothing more than a person striving to make him/herself feel better about the phone they've purchased (or not) because they know deep down how they feel instead they scream "buy lg g3 or any other unreliable comments !!" without telling you their honest reviews i.e genuine cons and pros based on their experience. The best place one can ask for advice or at least look at other people's honest reviews/complaint is XDA FORUM not here filled with fake self righteous whores not all of them though. Futhermore, do your research critically before purchasing the phone or any other for that matter and PLEASE don't post your complaints here because they will attack you taking you for a troll from a different brand.
