I've had this phone for a few months and this is the most fragile phone I have ever had! I didn't put any game on it because I knew about overheating problem, there were only few applications on it, I carried it in the case and phone never dropped... Anyway, the problem with wi-fi appeared and I sold it at the last moment. My friends who had LG phones (various models) are also dissapointed because there were the same problems (bootloop, wifi, overheating, sim card recognition... well, motherboard). So, the parts in LG phones are not so good and a piece of quality so avoid this mark if you appreciate your money.

Worst phone.. wasted my money on this crapy phone .. this bootloop is a hardware issue .. LG should just make refrigerators and air conditioners smartphones are not for u .. really disappointed .. same problem with g4 and most of lg devices .. so please guyz dont waste your money on it .. go for samsung huawei even motorola ..

anonymous, 24 Jan 2017i have the same problem....mine starts up but goes no furth... moreeven i have the same problem bro... it doesnt go beyond the startup logo..it happened after few weeks of marshmallow install..so can anyone here suggesta solution for this problem?

i have a lg g3 d855 variant
the problem that i have is that my phone when turning on gets stuck on the lg logo for a long time n then a message appears as "android is starting" and then apps start optimising..and after this completes it again goes to the lg logo and this continues forever and doesn't go to homepage...i even tried hard reset but its still not working...someone please tell me the solution to this issue...thanks..

I m a lg g3 user from fiji
N the problem i m facing is dat
My phone cant handle the flash wen using camera
It suddenly gets off while using it sumtymz
N the main one is the bootloop issue wen calling
Most people hv the boot loop issue which is different from mine
Theres no problem wid the startup
But wen making calls, it automatically disconnects n starts to restart n den i can not call anyone
Plzzzzz can anyone suggest me a simple way to fix this issue ☺☺☺
