I have an unlocked LG G3 D851-V10t, os 4.4.2 (kti-kat) I want to upgrade it, how can I do it? it doesn't have the system updates tab, i'm using it in Mexico with Movistar, please help me!!!!

My model LG G3-D855 (16GB/2GB). OS was android 5 when i submitted to service.
My handset is in service centre. They are quoting around Dirrhams 800 (approx Rs 15000) for changing mother board and battery-for which I will get new mobile with higher specs. When i called service centre, they told I cant downgrade to kit kat. Even I have complained to LG middle east as this is happening for second time.
Will downloading firmware & Flashing help me?

I don't know how there are so many complains about the LG G3. I am using my G3 for 2yrs now without issue. I'm on marshmellow and it has improved battery life. I bet most of you have faulty units, its best to get international version D855 model 3gb ram no issue.

For those who are having boot loop issues after an update. First, back up your phone, then update. Lastly, always do a hard reset after the phone updates. I always hard reset every phone I've owned on every update no matter what brand it is. My G3 has no issues for the last 2 yrs and 2 months. No heating issues for me, except when I use 3g data. Remember that this unit is not a gaming phone.

Boys install xcam lg u ll love ur g3 camera. Its builtin camera isnt that good u ll find great options brightness etc in xcam lg

I had a bootloop problem, will somebody help me with a suggestion?
One day I wanted to replace the simcard and casually pulling the battery out, then on restarting, the phone would not boot to homescreen. I suspect its the battery problem like most of us have, then I changed to a new SEALED battery and the problem persisted. I have also flashed stock MM (without wiping phone memory (aka. normal flash)) but the phone still went to bootloop after "Android is starting" operation.
I do not want to fully wipe (yet) because I wanna preserve the phone memory (whatsapp, sms, etc). What do I do to get passed the bootloop?

I didn't find any stock rom to my G3, i want to downgrade to Android 4.4. The hard reset only reset to normal 6.0 what can i do?
