What had done yesterday was factory reset to my G3 from the backup and reset tab in settings.
Transferred my wanted files to my laptop first.
Everything working flawlessly till now.
But, there are some doubts regarding some issues.
First, despite factory reset, the software still V10g(phone latest software), same for all apps that come with the phone, all are still updated!!!
Is something wrong with this??
Second, the McAfee Security updated too and running as phone admin, unchecked it, not able to uninstall it in anyway, when i stop it, runs again after restart and when want to disable it says forcing stop may make phone work bad..is this okay to disable anyway?
Made a mistake by updating it with the other basic apps when first bought the phone.
How can I get rid of it?? Can't understand why LG signed a deal with this antivirus when it has limited scan feature!!!
From a month ago till now, the McAfee found no threat whatsoever!!!
Downloaded CM Security and Antivirus after factoryreset, it found 2 threats on my phone from first scan, the threats had names "toolkit" or something similar.
Locked McAfee Security with CM AppLock feature, will this solve the problem??

mine is the 32GB variant.. There is no heating problem if the phone is on stand by. CPU temp is around 34ºC.

If am going to return every phone I use after little lags or heating in its first release, I'll be very busy returning and buying new phones every few weeks to a month that I'll not be able to use any seriously)))))

Either way S4 will be more expensive than G3 for sure.
Don't have to tell anyone that iphone which i will prefer over samsung copycat and because i'll be choosing Apple quality and different OS will be
some 35% more expensive than G3 for similar or less specs.
G3 best smartphone choice for both its quality specs and price this year.

hello G3 owners..
I'm currently using mine for 5 days now.
didn't encounter about any shutdown issue but my concern about the heating.
my phone heats fast after i used it for a few minutes of browsing CPU temp around 55ºC and when using camera after 15 shots CPU temp is around 60ºC.
I'm using CPU temp app from google play.
So far max CPU temp reading is around 74ºC while playing games..
Can you post also your experience about heating problem and temperatures.. thanks

Here uninstall all apps that you do not use. Choose force stop and disable for the unnecessary apps that cannot be uninstalled.
Or choose force stop for all apps that you do not use often. Use clean master and app cache cleaner pro apps to clear the cache. Do not panic. Follow this procedure.
2nd possibility :
There might be virus. Purchase Kaspersky internet security for android from sakri.in websitr and install. The code will be sent to your email within 3 days of purchase.

is the 32gb version with 3 gb of ram any faster than the 16 gb version cuz I wanna buy one but here in Italy the 32 gb costs €150 more

The phone is perfect, it is hard to find fault with anything. maybe, his main objection is the size. That's right, it's a little inconvenient to carry and hold for a person who has smaller hands, but after a short time it becomes normal. Comfort working in a large, perfectly precise screen compensates all that and after almost all phones look, no offense to any owner other phone as toys

this year I leaved HTC for Lg, i had htc one m7 and i had the camera senzor defect when all pictures were purple, i had Lg g2 great phone but to much plastic and now Lg G3, i had some problems but after the update to v10g all was repair, the battery not as good as G2 but anyway, you will love your LG G3 if u will buy one, i recommand it.

Just saying that the shutting down problem is disturbing and has been acknowledged by LG, responding for now with a software update which unfortunately does not seem to work for everybody.
Personally i will wait to see what the Note 4 brings on the table before making any purchase decision.

I said may believe lags, heating, whatever issues but shutdown with no further notice for any new phone is something strange!!!!
If you want more, I had more disturbing issues than just auto shutdown some claim to had seen.
When I bought G3, it showed running boot mode after plugged charger by 5 min. without even turning phone on. Turn on bottom hadn't fix the problem(no function), only removing the battery and putting it again fixed it, worked smoothly.
There was the heating and battery % decreasing quickly problem too. Talked to LG technicians, they said no problem bring it and we'll look into the problem.
Can first factory reset(backup- downloading apps and programs-waste of time) if want and see if problem stays, and better wait for the new software update(was on V10e).
Problem got solved after updated to V10g.
Moreover, 3 days ago was in a restaurant, the phone on table, after a while picked it up to take some pics and record video, it showed some lagging and cuts during taking pics and video.
Restarted the phone, and the problem got solved.
Supposed that resolution was 30%, maybe must had increased it to 80-100% for better pic and video quality, and maybe phone went into "deep sleep" a problem many faced with many phones, need sometime to wake up)))) before quickly using it.
Conclusion, there's an always reason and solution for any problem. At worst, the G3 users who had auto shutdown problem, might be due to firmware software or hardware problem and all can be solved under the warranty that is for over a year.
Am thinking to take it for checkup just for mind peace)))

I'll be surprised if any year will pass without samsung get fined once again.
