Had this phone for 12 days now. Have had 3 random shutdowns. Have also noticed that sometimes the screen is lit up, even though I haven't touched the phone for some time. Otherwise excellent.

Please, anyone can confirm whether there's a difference in performance between 16GB with 2GB RAM model and 32GB with 3GB RAM model? If so, how big is the difference?

How is the battery usage? Comparing with Samsung Note 3? I am currently using Note 3 and thinking of changing to G3.

If you are happy with 32gb, then probably not as whilst the screen is quad HD, the difference is barely noticeable, if at all! Battery life is good but I found the battery life on the G2 far superior. Up to you fella.

Lg is the great configuration.it has 5.5 ips lcd monitor,13 megapixel camera,3 gb ram,534 ppi density,andröid kitkat 4.4.2,overall fabullus phone in 2014,so it might 5 inc monitor is good than 5.5inc..

kT, 22 Jul 2014No more lags with this update or what u got? :)Still monitoring,at this point of time,i only can say my G3 is running pretty sweet.
[1] do NOT have any auto shut down so far,hope it won't(happened twice b4 updating.)
[2] network signal capturing fine and strong,no looping occurring.
[3] sure no lagging kind of stuff,smooth and fast.
i feel my G3 is stronger and better than before,worth the update,no regrets.
My advice,if possible after updating,do a factory hard reset on your G3 to make it fresh then install back all your stuff,remember to do a back up before resetting your G3.

It clocked 26.5 Hours with screen on time of 4h 59 min, more than an hour of calls, regular watsapp, fb messenger (wifi) and more than an hour of wordament game (less tasking) with most of the game played in 4G as the game requires an active connection. Got an update during last days for power optimization but no idea whether it contributed something to the extended battery life.. Cheers!!
