Yesterday I got updated my LG G3 D855 to Android 6.0 ., V21a-EUR-xx to V30. Battery management is better now and Doze is helping it a lot. Camera department improved . But heating issue , there is not that much change . I would say better only.Overall the performance improved , and no lagging issues now . Use LG Mobile support tool . OTA will not work.

the heating issue is real, just bought a g3 a while ago, just downloaded some apps and felt the heating at the back right away, just dont know how far itll go after heavy use

guys i need help. i tried upgrading my phone to marshmallow using lg pc suite, then after the process.. it just keep showing the logo and never open.. kindly please advise..thank you

I'm not saying the G3 is free of issues...but for me it's a pretty good device for the price. I'm not a heavy user, mine gets hot after 15-20 mins of gaming or browsing the web on mobile data or watching like 30 mins 1080p videos on youtube. And the battery life could be better.

Just Upgraded to Android M over LG PC suite in India! any1 did any issues? hows phone doing?
