I got LG G4 with dual SIM. Been using it since last 5 months. Great picture and video quality. Looks sleek, specially with the leather back. So far no issues. It has all the functions that I require. I would recommend this phone without any reservation.

My LG G4 ran into problem last month, the screen was completely turned black. I went back to the Verizon store and has been fixed until last night. Last night the cell did the same thing again, i.e., turned black. I went to Verizon again, but this time they couldn't fixed the problem, i have had loopedroot problem. Verizon said there is nothing they can do. Anyone in here knows where can I get the problem fixed?

I have this phone for 6 month, I love it. Its my 4th lg phone and Im still fan of lg!!

One thing which would be a major improvement would be a boost in signal strength on the phone, as when indoors signal can be as low as 1 bar or zero. This was the case with lollipop 5.1 so not a fault with marshmallow.

Still no update for LG G4 from 3UK to Android 6 Marshmallow.
Apparently the cut down version LG G4c has Marshmallow as standard which is annoying as LG G4 is more powerful so it should be no problem supplying update. Anyone got info on this issue as to why no update? Cheers.

I am literally heartbroken. Because you didn't recall the issue you knew you had. I lost 20 years of downloaded music. Everytime I had a new phone they could transfer my music , no problem. Because they couldn't get in my phone. I lost it all. I want someone to contact me.

i dont have any bootloop issue on my g4 h815 brown leather, i have been using it for all duty since october 2015, i dont know what yall talking about, this is by far the best phone have used..and i bought mine online..what the hell is bootloop anyway

LG could have provide the option to select HD, FHD to save the battery drain. this much of resolution taking entire battery juice with in hours. i saw after rooting we can change the resolution but if we change, camera will not work. LG could have give the option with stock rom with camera working mode.

For bootloop: LG has acknowledged a design failure that will make a component on the mainboard to disconnect, and therefor make the phone fail. They say it will be repaired in any case, outside of warranty time, and even with changes made to the OS (root,rom,etc).
Interesting info:
The devices sold now have a 60x serial number and hardware revision 1.1 (printed on the right bottom of the box label. It's possible that these models are fixed. We will see in the future.

It's a disaster. I really love this phone, but it's cheap plastic and of cheap components. LG tried to save one cent per phone by using less solder and they failed.

hi guyz,
Didnt go thru all the trailing threads but it seems its all about crashing issue what i had 2 days ago. all of a sudden my phone got switched off while i was working on it and it rebooted twice and then dead. i took to LG Srvc centre in Bombay & they changed the motherboard with 6.0 on it. But since it all happened out of blue, i lost all my data. when i went to the srvc centre, i realized i m not the only one with the same problem, as there were many users having same issues.
