It's a disaster. I really love this phone, but it's cheap plastic and of cheap components. LG tried to save one cent per phone by using less solder and they failed.

hi guyz,
Didnt go thru all the trailing threads but it seems its all about crashing issue what i had 2 days ago. all of a sudden my phone got switched off while i was working on it and it rebooted twice and then dead. i took to LG Srvc centre in Bombay & they changed the motherboard with 6.0 on it. But since it all happened out of blue, i lost all my data. when i went to the srvc centre, i realized i m not the only one with the same problem, as there were many users having same issues.

I have bought LG G flex 2 and G4, both phone had problem with battery. Took phones to warranty after 8 months. LG says phone has 1 year warranty but battery only 6 months as they want to charge me 60usd for each battery. When i bought phone no one told me this bubulsht. Read your phone warranty paper carefully coming inside of the box. I seen same 6 months battery warranty for G5 too. I have been chat by LG, you guys also don't get cheated as well...

I do not know why I so fast low battery clash royale game every two minutes I 'm in the game down 2 percent me someone could tell me if there would be an option for applications that are not developed in the background or second plane

I took the phone into my Service provider. Processor cannot handle the Marshmallow Update.
They put an updated motherboard. Problem solved. But you right, LG should send out a factory recall to have the motherboards changed. :-) before the warranty expires. Unc A

Got bootloop on G4 H815 / 506, the service denied repair due to unlocked bootloader. I understand that the warranty is void, on the other hand there is a detailed description on the site which claims which issues MAY NOT be covered by the warranty. It means, the warranty is still partially available. Will try to kick their ass. Otherwise all fooled users should start world-wide company against LG: spamming all reviews, sites and forums about how LG "fixed" this fault.

Why don't they recall the lgg4 if everyone has the same problem. Makes no sense the reboot issue just happened to me. I have to get a new phone lose all my pictures because nothing is working. I'm glad I'm not the only one. My bf said it was bc I toss it on the beds or w.e but I've been having issues with this phone since the marshmallow update. Do all LGS do this ? Or is just T-Mobile ?

The unit just all of a sudden turned black-out while I am using it. Thingking of what was wrong and what happened? I tried to reboot but it lightens up only until the LG icon intro comes out then black-out again or no display. Have to bring it to mobile company for service and after 3 weeks of waiting, LG service center said that there is no parts available for the said unit. I was so surprised and anxious of the answer since how come no parts available since this model was just out late last year. I tried to inquire and seek further for their explanation since it didnt even fell out my hands. But no direct reply has been made. So i am waiting still for a real answer and up to when they can fix my LG g4:'(

I bought LG G4 in September last year.
Sometimes it freez & most of the time when the phone is on "i can't received phone is switch off"
I have to switch off & restart!!! 2 of my friends got the same problem. What i have to do??
IT'S NOT AMAZING WHEN YOU ARE IN BUUSSINESS.

And brightness is not resolution so we can easily see even the 20 nits brightness difference.

Jmnashnt, 01 Jun 2016Apart from the bootloop, which as i read doesnt happen in m... moreIMHO IPS LCD is not the reason behind the bad battery efficiency its useless 2K Resolution which cause Hardware to work more and that consumes extra battery I don't know why we need 2K on 5.5'' screen,It has heavy load on battery and SOC.IMHO 1080p is enough for at least 6''.If Lg g3 & LG G4 has 1080p screens then the performance,battery life would be far better, Same issue Galaxy S6 has they follow suit LG and ruin the battery life of such an awesome device. AMOLEDs are power efficient,vibrant and brighter than LCDs but they have serious issue of Burn in.

Jmnashnt, 01 Jun 2016I recovered the update, thank you. Im not feeling any impro... moreMy friend, 5 hours of screen is good but I discovered some problems with this phone. Firstly the phones mainboard is sensitive to high temperatures, so if you try to use your phone with always screen on and GPS on it will overheat very shortly. Soon or late all G4's will face with bootloop problem. If you just take of your phone and avoid it from overheating this will just happen late. But of course this is my oppinion. Other problem is, these quantum IPS screen definitely have a "ghost screen" problem and this is not reversable.. It is better to take you money back from quarantee and buy LG G5. Whatever happens with LG G4 in my oppinion LG is producing the most usefull phones on market. Improvable memory, replaceable battery, high quality camera and IPS screen are always benefits of LG. I used to love lg .. .i had lg g2 and lg optimus g pro and lg g3 and now i have lg g4 .....g4 is sucks ....keep reeboting it self ......so big in the hand large pizzle size and alot of issues......it is a fast phone but it has alot of crashes like keyboard crash or screen freez and the knock code or knock on barely work 1 of 5 times to work.....i give the lg g4 2 of 5

With this apk your G4 camera will become V10 camera
That means it brings Manual video mode
And 60fps
I tested with my friend`s Phone (not mine cuz i have V10)
and it worked well on his phone
