Just to add to my previous note as this is worthy of mention. I have tried to escalate to the country of purchase but I am not able to as I do not have a knowledge of the San script characters and there is no option for English. Same issue with Korea so no opportunity to seek some kind of common sense attitude. I will leave it here as I will today buy a new phone from either Apple or Samsung. 11 months is just to short for such an expensive devices which showed such promise. Very disappointed with LG.

My LG G4 died in 9 months from I bought it to home.
Freezed in the swithch-on page.
No response.
I have to remove the battery to turn it off.
I searched online.
It is a common problem of G4.
I am so angry.
I bought it at another country. Don't kmow how to fix it now. My money has gone.
Won't buy LG anymore

11 months ago I purchased an LG G4 smartphone. Nice screen unique features and leather back. 11 months later the phone has died and LG will not honour the worldwide warranty. They are insisting that I return to the country of purchase. If this is the case then these phones and LG products should not be sold at airports and customer should be advised to only use and purchase the item in their home country. However, let's not lose sight of the fact that the phone only lasted 11 months. I have used Samsung and Apple in the past and all are still usable today even after many years. Very disappointed in LG'S attitude and performance.

I had the LG G2 almost from May 2015 to November 2015 and i loved it so much i had to upgrade for the LG G4. The camera is fantastic, the image quality is realistic. Charges quickly at first then it drops a bit after. The CPU isnt fantastic. Never have I experienced software issues and physical issues.

I had LG G4 5 months ago here are advantages and disadvantages
Advantages
Superb great display with high resolution with great colors.
Fantastic camera especially with low light condition
High performance never freeze it updated to the last version of android
Fast charge
Disadvantages
Battery power is not compatible with the big and hi resol screen
the cpu slows sometimes when opening many apps at the same time
outer plastic cover is weak
in the end its considered the best phone i owned best value for money

Hi! After updating to MM whenever I'm using my LG G4's camera its getting hot so much. Is there anyone having same problem? BTW I've factory reset my G4 after updating.

[deleted post]Lg G2, G3, G4 have good reputation. There will always be defective units in everything from phones to cars to airplanes. This is just a small percentage. Few bad ones does not make all units bad! GL

My new lg g4 has #lgg4bootloop and is still with o2 for repair. Meantime it's Street trade in value has dropped to £90 ...do NOT get one! O2 and lg knew about this problem last September and still sold me it in February. DESPICABLE.
