Terrible phone. Form but no function. Can hear people but tHey cannot hear me about60% of the time. A lot of " huh" can you ear me. Hello? Cannot get any customer satisfaction. Just explanations. Will change providers when contract runs out.

Wouldn't buy this phone again. The features that should work don't, i.e. settings ringtones on contacts. The help feature says to go into contacts and preview Ringtone ID but when I did it that option was not there. Not user friendly.

Had one for 3 months. Do. Not. Get. This. Phone. Seriously, there's a plague of issues surrounding this phone. Google "G4 bootloop," Reddit has covered this pretty extensively as well. It's sad because LG has done really nothing to address the issue, except to send it to their service center if your warranty stands, which takes about a 3 week turn around time if you're lucky. If you're from outside the US and the manufacturer is outside your country of origin than you essentially just have an expensive paperweight or parts piece.

I have this phone for 2 months now. So far is a very good device in every aspect. Camera is one of the best that I have ever seen, much better then Galaxy S6 or Iphone 6. Battery life could be better, but is ok..I manage to go trough the day. When I was buying this phone I didnt know anything about the bootloop problem (I just knew G series is good, my sister have G3 32 Gb model and it is excelent). My G4 SN is 616, so I hope that I will not have that problem. I would serious recomanded this phone.

Hi guys! About the known boot loop issue that affects some G4's, are there any new developments? I want to buy this phone but i'm very afraid of buying a faulty one. So far i've read that serial numbers from 505 (manufactured in May) to 509 (September) have some probabilities to have the boot loop problem and the hardware version being the 1.1BL doesn't fix it. Any more to add?

HDR photos (selfies included) are not displayed in gallery (show exclamation mark) or the photo loads the day taken, next day "failed to load photo". Have same problem with videos. What to do? is there a special app to use to solve this?

Mark Schoffner, 08 May 2016best device you can find now is samsung s7 edgeSammy S7 and S7 Edge are good phones, but overpriced ($700+)!!! Lg G4 is a good phone with good battery (not bad), and it's $350 new. Used is under $160 on Craigslist.com. Sammy S6 is good also at under $230 used.
