dont buy it please . it is very good phone since the ic problem . ic problem is very often in g4 and after that your phone will be dead and you lost all your money .

What's core? lg g4 is hexacore cpu(4x1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 & 2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A57) after bootloop i am disable 2 core ( 2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A57) with lg up tool software and my phone again work now my lg g4 only quadcore cpu (4x1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 & 2) but work fine.i love my lg g4.

Prone to bootloop.
Do not buy, I had my LG g4 for 16 months only. They admitted its defect but still LG doesn't take responsibility for it leaving their customer crying for choosing their brand.
P.S they will offer you 70% off for a new board replacement. LG still expect their customer to invest another penny that will last for only 3 months then after that you're own your own.

I just bought G4 H810... I am facing a... moreFirst, take the back cover over and try using the phone without the back cover on because it may also be a bad battery swelling causing pressure which the phones screen is interpreting as touches (or try a totally new battery if you have one).
If that doesn't work, try a factory reset just to rule out a software glitch.
If this two things doesn't fix the problem then there is a high chance you phones screen touch digitizer is damaged. Did you ever drop the phone or sit on it or something?

I just bought G4 H810... I am facing a problem that some time many apps open by itself. If I am on YouTube it's scroll down by itself.. Phone is on lollipop. Should I root this for Android 7. Kindly give me solution.

This is a very bad phone i used it for 10 months and it is motherboard got damaged out of nowhere and LG didnt do anything although it was still under the guarantee.
Dont buy any LG phone

I did a google search to lg service and found the 1 800 number. They were helpful and emailed a prepaid shipping label to send the phone in for repair. In just over a week my phone was back again and fully repaired. LG rocks on this successful experience!

I bought this phone in last year and I have been screwed up with the life of battery. 3000mA battery just wasted within 2 hrs browsing now. My back camera take the blur picture after 3 months of use. That means i can not take picture with the main camera. It was my first experience with LG and very very bad experience. I tried to replace the camera but could not find anywhere. Goodbye LG and I will never buy any LG phone. Horrible....

My phone just died after 14 months of use. I'm from México and it is out of warranty.
I loved the phone while was alive, now it is just a useless brick.
I'm reading how LG isn't taking any responsability or helping with the warranty even when it is a factory fault.
