I haven't bought the phone yet, but I found this info. @http://www.androidauthority.com/lg-admits-g4-bootloop-problem-hardware-fault-669603/ "After several months of LG G4 owners complaining of a bootloop issue to no avail, we picked up the story and confronted LG. The official response has come through and it should make G4 owners happy: LG has acknowledged the LG G4 bootloop issue is a hardware defect and will repair affected devices." I looked at reviews and found that many of you are having problems with the boot loop issue, honestly, I still do not fully understand the term, "boot loop", but LG acknowledges this as a hardware problem. If this isn't the only problem someone tell me other problems that are as if not more common than the boot loop issue.

on paper one of the best phones ever. It has irda AND fm-radio AND microsd AND removable battery AND 3.5mm jack AND quad-hd display... In practice sadly it's a low quality electronics trash full of problems. Hardware (bootloop) and software bugs galore. Avoid it, avoid LG

you take it to a local lg shop they say they can't fix it

Purchased LG4-H810 ATT branded phone in September, 2015. Unlocked and running on T-mobile network. I"ve only used the phone for about 9 months and really liked it up till about 2 months ago. screen would intermittently freeze and force me to reboot it. Miracast a movie to my TV and the device went into bootloop scenario. Serial started with 606 meaning it was manufactured in may 2015. Called LG and they told me they were sorry but it was out of warranty and I would have to pay for their defects. To add insult to injury, phone was evidently accessing the microsd card (128GB) I installed and now it's toast too. Can't reformat for another phone. 300 dollars in accessories and the cost of the phone down the drain. Last LG product I'll ever own and that includes appliances and TV's!

Bought a used LG G4, from the US, for use in Canada. All worked fine for 3 months until hit by boot loop issue. Now LG Canada says they can't fix my phone, because it was made for US market, and US says they can't ship to Canada. I am hearing LG say to the press it will fix, but when the rubber hits the road, they don't appear to be following up. Class action? Not impressed.

I owned my lgg4 phone fro maybe 1 year and two months now my camera is not working it's the only problem I faced which causes my phone to restart by itself and a lot of apps stop working because of the camera issue I saw a lot of solutions from the internet but nothing kept my camera working for long time and now it's becoming even harder to open it and use it.

I've been owning an LG G4 now for 15months but the experience has ended here. Mine went into boot loop abruptly. I wasn't using my mobile much for gaming although at times I did. I was really happy with it as it was performing extremely well but now I cannot use it anymore. Contacted the seller and LG HK but they both told me warranty has expired (1year). I have to pay for shipping, analysis, parts,and labour. Is this worth it? Will I end up with this same senario in 15 months time? Excellent mobile but not worth the hassle. It will happen! Sadly enough. What is your opinion? (Malta EU)
