Hi guys i got my lg g4 display glass brocken accidently.. My lcd work fine and touch screen too, should i pay for changing screen or it's will come under guaranty

Mine boot looped after 10 months and they replaced motherboard free of cost. Try to contact authorized service center. And by the way im from india.

Apparently had the google lock on it & the user couldn't figure out the username & password so I purchased it & downloaded a bypass to penetrate the lock. Was a cinch! Works extremely well except my version cannot be bootloader unlocked since the H815T isn't supported so can't root..
Anyway is my G4 susceptible to the notorious bootloop? Purchased the 512 model hence it's manufactured in December 2015.

AnonD-240773, 22 Jan 2017May I know what's the serial number of your g4?I've noticed a little weird thing with the G4 if the phone goes completely dead and shuts off and i can't get it to turn back on even when it's plugged in, i have to take the battery out then put it back in and it's fine. Other then that the phone has been awesome.

I bought this phone 6 months ago. and I'm very pleased. This was a used floor model but in perfect condition. I only paid $178.00 USD. and don't e discouraged by other negative posts. I've had no issues what so ever. and as far as gaming goes, the adreno 418 is plenty powerful. I got a score of 73,628 on ANTUTU 6. Getting a GPU score of 20,000 also scored 20,000 on the CPU as well. Heavily tested this phone. Not only with numerous games but third party apps. If your worried don't be. The later models that have bin deprived of the hardware issues are the ones to buy. Just be aware of the date your phone was manufactured before purchasing

Hi...I purchased LG G4 in December 2015 from Saudi arabia and after one year in December 2016 got boot-loop problem... when i contact with LG repair center they are asking additional money but my device is under warranty.how to solve this issue...

Hi, i am Syed Shujaat Ali from Lahore Pakistan. i purchased LG G4 in 09/2017. it was working fine but suddenly got bootloop error. i contacted to LG pakistan but they referred me to some private person. i contacted him and he told me that there is manufacturing fault in LG G4. he told me that new mother board cost is Rs.24000/-PKR. which is huge amount and i cannot afford this. i mailed to LG company but no satisfactory reply received. my cell phone is off. what should i do. nobody give reply.

Great phone. Great camera. Okay battery life. Excellent screen (a little burn in). I had the bootloop issue also, but was fixed under warranty. It's now back to being my daily driver. I would not buy one unless I knew the bootloop issue was fixed before hand though.

LG are the worst company I have dealt with stay well clear. 15 month old LG G4 Boot Looped 8 days ago and after over 8 hours of calls and 5 e-mails LG UK tell me they want £162 to replace the motherboard. Will never buy another LG product and have apologised to others who bought this phone on my recommendation.

Don't buy it!! I have bought a G4 one year ago and now i have got BOOTLOOP problem just 2 weeks after expiring warranty.. and now they says i have to pay 3/4 of phones price to replace the motherboard.
