I tried to put on LG site my opinion about their attitude regarding this bootloop issue of course in a very civilized manner. I couldn't because : "I did not meet their guidelines for posting on Lg site". As far as I could read, there are only good opinion about the LG G4 device accepted.
In my particular case, bootloop cause me a great deal of inconvenience.
I lost a lot of money and clients.
I most probably will call LG into justice.
I think many of us should do that all over the world. Maybe, LG in this way, will respect the clients.
They definitely know about this issue long time ago and they are still sell this piece of garbage.
Instead of calling back the affected units they just put a small announcement in a far corner of the internet. On top of this, they try to find a lot of reasons not to repair the bricked phone like mechanical shock, moisture and many other.

i had this for 10 month it was awesome there was no hang no issue .....and so far any kind of problem and the camera was wonderful and it was such a cute in leather but but but in my opinion there is just one and big problem with this is boot loop!!! witch turns is into a useless junk thanks to lg:)

I'm sorta ambiguous on whether to upgrade my G3 to the G4. I love my G3, updating it to MM was the best decision It's butter smooth & had no issues. But apart from the camera is there any other aspects in the g4 worth upgrading for?

Loved the phone. Got it second handed for 6 months and was a shame when I got the bootloop a week ago. Now struggling whether downgrading to the G3 or staying away of LG for a while.

Me too got affected with the same problem and now I'm in huge loss.
Whoever purchased LG G4 most of them are having manufacturing issue called BOOTLOOP issues just after purchase of 6 months to 1 year time, now LG ACTS like calling back all those mobiles for free service, but it IS NOT.
Hence we must never buy any costly mobile phones from LG instead it is good to go with Samsung or iPhone or any low cost Chinese phones in order to avoid huge money loss with LG. LG PHONES FROM G4 MODELS ARE BIT QUESTIONABLE AFTER 6 MONTHS TIME AND THEY ARE NEVER RELIABLE. There is no guarantee that LG would replace or repair it. Even LG repairs, it would be in doubt how long will it survive.
Important thing is: DO NOT GO WITH INTERNET REVIEWS FROM THE WEBSITES, For e.g. trustedreviews, techradar, pocket-lint, hdtvtest, whathifi who all may be good but they have not used the newly released models of smartphone at least for an 1 year, only the buyers got affected in this. I had gone through these websites before purchasing LG G4, but my money 300GBP (which is the cost of LG G4) is gone in just an year because of cheating fraud people like LG who released the LG G4 with manufacturing defect called BOOTLOOP.
I never say you do not buy LG smartphones, but be conscious for not to lose your hard earned money as LG smartphones like LG G4 (may be LG G5 or LG G6) is never trustable and they proved not only me, nearly 10,000 people who affected. Please go through websites for more evidences. LG looted customers money a lot on this.

Touch phone icon select the dial tab then hit menue bar in right top corner choose call settings and ckeck the boxes for noice suppression and voice clarity. Hope it helps.

i had a problem in the sound when i call some body they till me they can't hear me clearly ,but i hear them very clear.i don't know this is a common problem in this mobile type or thats a problem in my mobile, if any body can help me to solve this problam
