usually which version i.e., At&t, T-Mobile etc. of LG G4 faces boot loop issue? I have At&t version that working fine. I have noticed that boot loop issue mostly arise after 1 year of use.

I am disappointed with boot loop problem. Happened just after warranty period. Repairing is Bangladesh involves high cost. My perception about LG brand has gone down.

Its a very good technologically advanced smarth phone with 2 major faults , overheating and boot loop I have had 3 LG G4 with this problem , LG did fix them thanks too that hoewer the unpleasent heat and battery drain is still present. Exelent device with poor engeneering and highly unreliable.

I dislike how when you want to turn up the volume with earbuds in, it limits the volume. Simultaneously, I dislike how when you load a video on social media the volume starts out loud. Both features suck. I won't be buying another one of these phones any time soon.

I bought G4, which performed superbly for 8 months, when it started rebooting. NO new applications had been added. It was taken to LG service center but no word from for a month. Reports from the sales outlet indicated 90%of G4 they sold were returned to LG for similar fault. Sadly, only 5% were ever fixed. Sad experience is they are still being taken round and round, waiting for replacement phones from Korea. Any recourse, as more join the queue?

Absolute garbage.. Mines been back to LG twice and its only now a year old ... Boot loop fault then OIS came loose ... Total junk

A company that will not fix a manufacturing defect even if its product is a couple of months out of warranty is not worth supporting. I don't care how good their products are when they are working. Companies want customer loyalty but in return for this they should treat their customers well. LG simply don't get it. Not only will LG UK not fix my telephone under warranty because it is not a UK model - they refuse to fix it even if I am prepared to pay them. No way am I ever buying an LG product again.

My wife's just died.
