This phone is the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. I bought my phone brand new like the one person in the below not having an issue (just wait yours will be junk too give it time) I had an issue at the six month mark. It powered off while using and never turned back on so they replaced it that lasted another six months the it got the boot loop issue so they sent me another replacement and when I started it up it had the exact same problem out of the box as the phone I was sending back in. WTF!!! I called LG directly and they wanted my phone to be sent to them and they were going to have there tech department look at it as if what Verizon was saying was wrong. LG obviously knows that there's a major software issue but isn't willing to do anything about it. They said that they would need my phone for 7 - 10 business days and didn't care that I needed a phone beings that it's my only phone. Plain and simple LG doesn't care one bit about their customers. Once the sale is made they move to the next victim. I'll never buy another LG product again and will never recommend it to anyone if this is the way that they stand behind there products.

Hi there. I have had this phone from when it launched. And just the other day. My g4 has just died won't charge or switch on. I tried my girlfriend's battery in mine and it doesn't work either. Has anyone got any advice for me. Thanks
