My g4 was draining too much battery and getting to hit for no reason. But all this stopped when I updated to marshmallow. Lg is a great phone and a durable one compared to its rivals.

also for charging i always use aukey chargers it has both fast charge and normal charge and can charge my phone in 1 hour from 0 to 100.

I don't know what you people are talking about, my LG G4 works efficiently. I have had it since last year October and it has no problem.

I and my Husband have LG G4.
Were in England and never had Bootloop Issue.
My phone has this week shut down by itself and the wifi is not the most reliable. Facebook has loading issues from time to time. Personally we would not choose LG again.

I really liked the phone when i got it. It worked perfectly for 4 months then out of no where it went into a bootloop and it has not started working since. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY THIS PHONE . Also LG customer service is not good at all. Never buying an LG again.

well 2 days ago I could say flowers about lg but today ... I cant the same way .... well I got a phone last month from B^H photo video store in the usa . the phone was fine no issues while being in the usa, then I came back to my country in Colombia , the phone still ok , purchased last july 27th and death 08/21st not even a month before this piece .... got damaged the screen watching a you tube video after a bench mark test was all I did ... screen went black has sound but no image and besides that for first time ever since I got it the device overheated but by a lot ... was really hot. this made me think that ill have to get another device instead.

Both the G3 and G4 have ... moreBeen using G4 for a year now and it runs as smooth as silk in everyday heavy use - music, ridiculous amounts of mail, web browsing, amazon kindle reading, messaging of all sorts, mobile banking. The hexacore nevers lags or freezes with decent battery . I don't play games but take lots of photos. Best camera phone out there, DSLR users understand why. Also a phone that stands apart (leather back) in a sea of lookalike devices. Match your nice manly shoes with your phone and leave aluminium for kebab wrapping.

Been using G4 for a year now and it is a smashing fast phone for everyday use. Please note that I don't play any games on it but take great photographs. Beautiful simple interface and something (the leather back) that spots it out of the crowd of boring identical phones. Get some nice shoes and match them with the best camera phone. Save the aluminium for kebab wrapping.

Was your previous phone the G3?
Both the G3 and G4 have chronic boot loop issues (restarting issues). LG has not identified a cause, nor a solution for either device. One reason I'll never risk LG again.

My LG G4 has "crashed". It went dead yesterday evening when I was driving and now will not turn on. I have been told it is a software issue... enjoyed the phone for 13 months. Probably won't get another LG due to such a short "lifespan".

I am facing same problem I just bought my l... moreDo a factory reset , go to updates center and upgrade to latest OS then do again a factory reset if you had any update available. Go to playstore and install greenify and doze ( apps that make your phone hibernate including the process for phone signal which drains a lot of battery ) and also try to use a non quick charger. For instance I use a huawei charger model HW-050200e3w which is a normal charger and charges my phone for about 1h and 30 mins to full.

lg g4 is a good phone bt i only used it 6 months and i started experiencing boot issues. the lg customer service was not helpful at all. am so done with LG.
my previous phone had same issue and i upgraded to g4.

I bought LG G4 just after it was launched. It costed around 50K which was one of the costly options. The phone went into bootloop issue on April this year and after two long weeks, the board was replaced which resulted in loss of data on phone memory. Apart from this incident, there are no other issues with this phone as of now. The powerful GPU and the 3GB RAM are really awesome if you like playing games on your phone. But the performance comes at a cost, heating. If you try to push the phone's gaming capabilities to its limit, phone gets heated up like anything and the battery will be discharged in no time. Overall, its a good phone, but a bit overpriced when I bought it.

Thw bootloop maybe the battery problem so checkmyour battery or repalce then try!!!
