I am facing same problem I just bought my lg g4 1 week ago it is charging very slow and I just changed the charger and it worked for me but charging speed is still not good. Buy an original fast charging adapter for your phone and it will give you 50% only in 30 mints.lg g4 original adapter is really worst. But I have question too. My phone battery is really poor don't know what's the problem. After every 1 minute it falls 1% so screen time is only 1 hour. I am really disopinted. Are you facing same problem? Plz tell me so I can change the phone.

At the end of last year (2015) I bought the Sony xperia m5 and after 2 weeks it started constantly rebooting. After sending it back to my courier and waiting 5 weeks they said if I paid extra I could get the better LG G4. So I paid the extra money and received the brand new G4.
After another 5 weeks with the G4 I experienced the same problems I had with the M5 and had to pay to fix it myself. After having this done the phone worked again for 2 weeks and has now started to have the same problems as before. I am now thinking of just selling it for parts and buying a simple phone in hopes of not having any more problems.
DO NOT BUY!

i purchased this mobile lg g4 on 1 august , it was then charging my phone in 1hour and 50 minutes , now after 20 days (today) realised that now it charging my phone in approx 3hours..
what could be problem ? battery or charger or mobile itsself? plz help on this ...

HI. My friend bought LG G4 for me from Ebay, Italy. Everything seems ok. But I found one problem. When I play music (with medium level sound) the speaker gives buzzing sound which can be clearly heard when you put your ear to the speaker. And when someone speak loudly then earpiece speaker gives distorted sound and buzzing sound.
What should be done? Advice me.
I have 2 years warranty for this product. The seller on ebay has good reputation and we have good relation with this seller. Will I get replacement?

Hi. I in problem with this LG G4 phone. My friend bought it from Ebay, Italy. Everything seems ok BUT One problem when I listen to music with medium level sound, the speaker gives buzzing sound. Also when someone speak loudly earpiece speaker buzzes.
Im in big trouble. I have 2 years years warranty.
What should I do? how to solve this problem. And will I get replaced? (I am trying to connect to the ebay seller but he is in vacation. He has very good reputation on Ebay and we bought couple of cell phones from him and we have good relation.)

I have had no problems with mine at all, so far> In fact its camera is amazing using Raw files and exposing properly gets you noise-free files at 50 ISO that enlarge over a metre wide!! AND the lens is sharp and focus is rapid and IS effective. Other than a V10 it outclasses everything out there bar old 41MP Nokias, but I do not use it as a phone because the very high screen resolution eats data- you can easily rack up a Gigabyte's worth in a few hours of merely surfing shopping sites. Yes, installing Opera helps tremendously, but hopefully they'll go back to 720P as it is anyway invisible- and you cannot see 4K resolution on a screen smaller than 40" at all, as even 720P SKY HD resolution that was cannot be distinguished from 1080P at under 37" - I know, as I have tested to see for myself. Where the high resolution is handy is only for checking stills results. Great Machine, comfortable to hold and use. IF ONLY IT WERE WATERPROOF!!

I had TWO of them, the first one I had just under a year it worked great until one day it fell victim to the boot loop issue. That was in April 2016, I received a replacement from my carrier and all was well. Here we are in August 2016 and my "new" handset will not power on at all. Call my service provider and here I am 4 days later still without a good phone. I call customer care today and found out that my replacement handset is going to be a Galaxy S5. I guess LG is tired of sending replacements to the cell phone carriers. Both both of the issues I had were common defects known to LG....don't buy this phone unless you have a couple of hundred bucks to waste!

I purchased the G4 when it first came out last year....big mistake should have waited for the reviews. Has a great camera but the battery life sucks and it constantly freezes. I'm on my second replacement.... and needless to say it died on me earlier today. The screen is stuck on the LG logo. I will not be purchasing another. Too much money and too many problems.

I see the negative comments but after owning one for a year now, knock on wood, I dont have any issues what so ever. No boot loops no errors nothing. Works perfectly fine even after updates. Couldn't be happier.
