I see the negative comments but after owning one for a year now, knock on wood, I dont have any issues what so ever. No boot loops no errors nothing. Works perfectly fine even after updates. Couldn't be happier.

I have had 3 replacements between 24 December 2015 through August 13, 2016. The same issue the phone shuts off, comes on to the LG logo with a sacarstic comment, 'LIFE IS GOOD' when the phone's life is NOT.
LG just needs to recall all the G4s and replace them with the G5. Same hardware/software failure with phones manufactured before and after the release date. They will continue to replace motherboards/software and count on the devices holding up after the 12 month warranty.
When they do replace the returned phones, the replacement sent to YOU has a 90 day warranty, so if the phone dies again after 90 days , you better have over $200 to take a gamble and purchase a phone from another manufacturer.
I was never a fan of iPhones, but I am beginning to lean towards an iPhone after seeing how many Android phones from ALL manufacturers have a short shelf life compared to Apple, and how they continue to patch up the failed phone sent in for service to return to you with a short 90 days warranty.
Google Nexus is a better Android choice, but, I am not impressed with the reviews for the camera and you can't add a memory card to back up your pictures when you are low on cloud space or in a location where there is limited or no data or the phone just took a dive in water.
The BEST alternative is a Samsung, but again, Samsung's and LG's downside is the bloatware and they are very slow and if there is an Android OS update 3x in 3 years you are only lucky to get ONE. Apple will update your OS up to 4x over 4 year annual OS updates.

Horriblem battery back up. Please dont use this phone at all & waste your money in this.

Horrible phone. I used all brands phones. this is the worst battery back up phone. if it is in pocket, feels like hot iron box in pocket.

LG I am your Huge Huge Huge fan , I n my friends wanna your products But....
I was using from Jan n now it just blank out n my Money boom, No one now how to repair it no guide line... What to do Leave LG from today....????
There are after sale services available in Pakistan, There are more than 1000 of G4 model displayed in Lahore , If people not getting problem solved They will kick you off ...
Please do something Its happening second time with G4 can't afford you any more...

Never Buy LG phone again...
Got this phone year ago. Already broke twice. Very Bad Quality..Never Buy this LG or other phones.
LG Customer Service keep repeating that support ends in one year. So if it breaks after that you have dead phone in your hand and another 18 months of payment.
