This phone is on the Quadrooter 4 affected model. DO NOT BUY ONE until LG sends out patches. Horrible phone.

This phone is a piece of crap. It is my first LG phone and it will be my last. I went with the LG because of the removable battery but I will go back to the Samsung. I have had mine just a few months (4 maybe?) and I can no longer get it to send messages as long as the keyboard is open. I did a software update which seemed to work for a couple of days and now it is right back to the way it was . What a piece of junk!

After 1 yr of using it my LG G4 died!!!! we went to LG service and they said i need to replace the motherboard for the price of a new phone!! LG Sucks!! for those who want to buy it think twice!!!

Good phone, was very pleased with it until about 5 weeks ago it went into the boot loop fault mode. Malta we have no LG agent so we need support from Italy. Now it's been 1 month without it. This is not acceptable and I will not repeat this mistake. Sub standard support.

LG G4 Dies after a couple of months of usage . gets stuck in bootloop (problem with mainboard . LG service center doesnt respond to emails . chats - and when you call them .. they just say ok , ok we will call you back .. and thats it .

Awful piece of junk! It went into a reboot cycle and wouldn't fully restart twice in less than a year of having the phone. It's awful on Bluetooth and playing music - my music skips constantly. Ridiculous. It also feels like I'm Beta testing the device with the amateur interface. It doesn't have the same clean, professional feel that Samsung has. I'm waiting for two more weeks to get my Note 7 and I have never been happier to get out of a phone.
I recommend LG sticks with what they're good at, which is definitely not smartphones.

Worse phone i ever owned pretty much right out of the box i had problems with it the double tap feature wouldnt work all the time the screen would go black during calls so i would have to wait till the call was over to use my phone and if it went to an answering machine it would take about 10 mins to use my phone again and the screen would randomly open or close things because it would think it was getting touched nevere buying another lg again!
