I'm torn between this and s7 edge, my last experience with lg was 4x (worst phone ever). I hope they improved by alot.

one thing i respect and admire LG because i can see they ARE INNOVATING. they always try something new, something different, no cheating sh*t on benchmark, hardware. it might not the best phone is the market, but definitely you will love it.

i have been using LG G2 for 3 years, the performance never failed me, features is excellent, no fancy features like samsung, but good enough for me to access anywhere easily and quickly. Except the camera especially at night, probably nowadays camera is too good to compare with, anyway if youre a 'camera-prior' man probably you shouldnt consider LG. ;)
p/s: still saving money for my next LG G4/5/6 :(

Does anyone know of the G5 will also have the Notifications quick pull-down button for the Navbar? This has been a feature in every LG prior and it's a must have.

I didn't find anything to strongly corroborate your claim, but I did find something interesting. At the end of the second paragraph under the line "LG G5 Specs", there is the statement "You’ll find the microSD card on the side this time around, built into the same tray that holds the SIM card." They are saying the SIM tray and the SD card slot are merged. They do NOT say SIM 2 replaces the SD card.
I hope this means on the dual-SIM version the tray takes 2 SIMs and a SD card, but what I think is merely your misinterpretation /could/ be right. I certainly hope this isn't the case, but I will admit it could be. I'll be presuming it is a distinct spot on the tray until I see an authoritative source explicitly saying something (right now this site is saying it can have 2 SIMs and a SD card at the same time).

LG specs may be good and sometimes, really awesome. But i can tell you that LG is extremely bad and you said LG is always better than samsung? im afraid i have to oppose you in that. i can tell you that samsung is far ahead of LG many2 times since i used both of their handsets, LG phones has always screen issues like its digitizers(a hardware which allows the touchscreen functions), and its software, after a months of use, the screen will eventually starting to malfunction, which is one the known issue of LG screens specially on their flagships. but in samsung, i never had any problems on their phones and it does its job well without any problems. in my own experience, samsung is far better than that of LG's! only sony is on par with samsung.

If I were to upgrade from an Xperia Z3 and Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, I will choose the LG G5 to be my next phone. Currently I have the best of both worlds, the Windows and Android platforms but if the latest and greatest have to be considered, LG is a great company to go with. I am really in love with the LG G5!
