Before Oreo i used to get almost( ~)4 to 4.5 hours of screen on time for average to heavy usage.But now....
After Oreo i am roughly getting 2 to 2.5 hours for the same usage pattern.
My doubt is, is it supposed to be like that? Or am i the only person lucky to have this wonderful Oreo update?
(I live in india , hence i am using LG H870DS).
THANK YOU LG for this wonderful update by the way..

I purchsed LG G6 one year age. but i had faced a problem with its SIM card Tray. which was stucked inside. and when i tried to remove it. it cam out by broken. Tray made of plastic. not a metal. now i am facing a problem of SIM tray, which is Un available in any outlets. and if available on line shopping. quality is worst..

Hiya. I plan to get the LGG6 but very concerned about updates. What Android version is the phone right now? And would you say LG is committed to monthly security updates and the new @Android 9 Pie? (My other choices of phones are the Galaxy A8 and the Moto G6 Plus).

Hi, I'm using G6-H870DS for last 4 months. Last week I got Oreo update and from then my battery is draining very fast. If even no apps are on and no WiFi / Mobile Network is connected, it drains 30-35% Charge within 4-5 hours in idle mode.
What should I do?

Used to have g3 before and it supported wireless charging but my g6 isn’t

Oh my god yesterday i was walking on the stairs and suddenly my G6 fall, he fall on maybe four stairs and without a case and guess what... nothing it still clean.
Wow i'm impressed by the construction of the phone.
At the store now to buy a case XD..

I am using this phone from one month and I am totally satisfied with my phone performance.
Pros
1. IP 68
2. Good display
3. Old but still better processor
4. Back camera is very good
Cons
1. Battery (but considerable as display is QHD)

Version H870 for Global Market is still on Nougat
LG Bridge does not update the software and the is not Bootloader unlock way yet for that model...

LG G6 or Mate 9? i don't care for benchmarks , i want a swift device with less problems , looks amazing , has a fun UI and got the better camera
