That is a lot more often system updates than I got on my previous Samsung and it updates a lot faster and more smoothly too.

It should fully charge a lot quicker than that with the fast charger. I think mine can fully charge in about 40min. What you need to do is fully charge and then fully discharge the battery about 3 times. This is like exercising a new battery and you should notice an improvement in charge time and longer life as you use it more.

It could be st... moreNo bro i was too initial was sceptical thats why i made a video of its unboxing as if anything would go wrong i could claim. But is was brand new and i even registered it on lg official website. Just a ques with quick charge bunduled charger it takes approx 1.40 hrs is this ok. Any suggestions for faster charging as i find it to be same normal speed as other phone.

Battery is average but last a lot longer with WiFi, location, Bluetooth, and NFC off and switch off background running apps. Amazing phone.

Purchased the brand new lg g7 thinq for 137$. Till last 3 days everything is perfect. Just battery is avg. I am mot a gammer so easily last for a day. Just need charging in the end thats all. However it was a good deal for that price point it had best features.

endo, 26 Sep 2019Thanks! I'm considering getting this phone next year instea... morei am getting my LG G7 ThinQ in a couple of weeks to replace my still working LG G5. Even without the MIL-STD 810g rating, my G5 is very durable. It's just that time is slowly catching up on my 3 year old phone.

Nokia 8 is the only flagship that is great for my money but it has too many problems. This will be my first ever LG phone. Hoping the prices will be lower next year.

hi to all main thing i have to share is that phone is all good but security updates and android updates are not often seen form years android 9 now we got but android 10 is it there on your Minds LG you guys are like fake only selling products and not even bother about updates ONE PLUS 5 still able to get updates after 3 years and android 10 also published it in their community but a year phone with high specs not able to get security patch DEAR LG kindly change your opinions on customers if your products want to sale give proper updates and product and support

I love this phone and really impressed with the quality and the screen. It’s the only phone I have seen that you can actually use in direct bright sunlight with the Brightness Boost (1000 nits) function. The Loud speaker is really loud and powerful and you don't need any additional Bluetooth speakers to play music outdoors. I am not keen on the extra HiFi DAC functions, maybe just a few extra equalizer pre-sets would have been better. The battery is fine for one day and charging is fast with a fast charger. I got a wireless fast charger which works well with the SPIGEN case. The fingerprint reader is excellent and very fast on any finger. I also love the Always On display with the analogue clock. With Android 9 the RAM may get near its maximum capacity with many apps in the background but the phone is well capable and doesn't feel sluggish with me except on very rare occasions. The cameras are excellent especially the ultrawide one which is very useful but the quality depends greatly on the amount of light. There are many video pre-sets including slo-Mo and lots of background music and animation stickers. I have not yet explored all the settings though! The selfie camera is great and you can control the shutter with either a hand Gesture or say CHEESE or something like that which is wonderful. Another useful feature I really like is the LG screen share which duplicates anything you watch on the phone on your large screen TV and you can control videos from your phone wirelessly. It works brilliantly with LG TVs. Finally, there is no bloatware installed at all except some LG essential apps and the carrier apps depending on the version you get! I really think LG produced a fantastic phone for a very good price really. People please ThinQ!

Kp, 07 Oct 2018Anybody facing jio issues since yesterday no voice while I'... moreI have a problem with the mic when I switch on the speaker phone people say that my voice is very low, muffled, and like I am far away. If I switch off the speaker they can then hear me well!
The other problem is the screen keeps switching itself on when on standby even when there is nothing running in the background!
I disabled Google voice assistant but made no difference to both problems.
Anyone knows a fix for these?
