        I'm using this phone since 2018, never had problems with it. Functions in full power, I'm really loving this phone. It's a shame LG stopped making phones.

            bought a korean version refurbish one. luckily i got 92% BH according to accubattery. but it seems battery life for a day isn't enough with this phone as i get very low battery every 4pm+ afternoon when using data + multimedia getting screen time of at least 3hours.

              My LG G7+ ThinQ is more than 3.5 years old. Even with two sims and almost full internal memory, it still works like a charm.

              I want everyone to know its highlights that I like:
              Light-weight but sturdy; superior LCD display well-suited for outdoors; excellent audio capabilities (loudspeaker as well as Quad DAC); good-enough cameras.. Plus, Battery management has been surprisingly reliable so far.

                  LadyDay, 10 Feb 2022My phone worked well for 3 years, not it won't charge ... morei have been using this phone for 3 yrs too and my only issues are , battery has started weakening and the most frustrating bit is it drops calls , actually cant call or receive calls yet texts are ok, data is ok, everything is fine save for the two issues. seems like its an LG issue. it rectifies after a full reset but not for long.

                    People could hardly hear me speaking into the phone , so I had to stop using it.
                    Also , I got screen burn , though I thought LCD screens don't get screenburn.

                    Very bad phone !

                        I suggest going for LG V35 instead, which has SD845 and 6GB RAM (instead of 4GB on G7).

                              When plugged in it should write "fast charging". Use original charger and cable. We have 5 body cases for the phone but only one charger maybe even for three phones. You don't fill up your car with petrol if it uses diesel, don't you? Hope you have found a solution for your battery charging.

                                      Since I don't know the full story, I'd assume it's not on fast-charging when you plugged it in or it shows fast-charging but it kinda made another plugged in sound fx within about half a second of you plugging it in (which means it switches to slow charging but the text shows "Fast-charging" instead). You can try charging your phone when it's turned off and if it's faster that means you have too many apps in the background running that prevented the optimum fast-charging.

                                        this happened to my v35 every winter too
