I bought this phone refurbished and have used it for 12 months, even with being refurbished, this phone still pretty much works great. The only issue is the bad fingerprint sensor that only works about half the time, it must be the component that was replaced by the store where I bought it.
The battery is just barely enough to use throughout the day which is understandable since android apps are getting more and more power hungry these days. Thankfully it has fast-charging.
It fits good in hand and very lightweight, very good as daily driver.
I'm also still impressed by the camera quality (especially if you know how to use GCam. Full potential of the camera sensors will be unleashed), it's probably better than most mid-range phones released today.
Gaming is still feasible on this phone but you gotta watch your battery and this is the reason I don't use this phone for gaming anymore and have a separate phone for mobile gaming.
The refurbished phones are also sold very cheap as the years gone by. It does have Android 10 but in some cases you gotta do some meticulous things that are either going to be very easy or makes you annoyed if you went for the wrong guide. When attempting to update this phone to Android 10, refurbished phones usually comes with modified ROM that could never receive software updates. At least that's what happens to me.
If anybody wants a good and reliable phone without spending much, I'd still recommend this. Although, I would recommend more to get the LG G7+ with 6GB RAM and 128GB Storage. I think 6GB RAM should be the bare minimum for 2022 phones.

I'm using this phone since 2018, never had problems with it. Functions in full power, I'm really loving this phone. It's a shame LG stopped making phones.

bought a korean version refurbish one. luckily i got 92% BH according to accubattery. but it seems battery life for a day isn't enough with this phone as i get very low battery every 4pm+ afternoon when using data + multimedia getting screen time of at least 3hours.

My LG G7+ ThinQ is more than 3.5 years old. Even with two sims and almost full internal memory, it still works like a charm.
I want everyone to know its highlights that I like:
Light-weight but sturdy; superior LCD display well-suited for outdoors; excellent audio capabilities (loudspeaker as well as Quad DAC); good-enough cameras.. Plus, Battery management has been surprisingly reliable so far.

People could hardly hear me speaking into the phone , so I had to stop using it.
Also , I got screen burn , though I thought LCD screens don't get screenburn.

I suggest going for LG V35 instead, which has SD845 and 6GB RAM (instead of 4GB on G7).

When plugged in it should write "fast charging". Use original charger and cable. We have 5 body cases for the phone but only one charger maybe even for three phones. You don't fill up your car with petrol if it uses diesel, don't you? Hope you have found a solution for your battery charging.
