I can't upload mp3 songs plus do i need a different program instead of Windows Media player to enable me to watch the viodeos i took using this phone on my PC ? Need Help A.S.A.P. ....

The tones is very loud but not as clear as Samsung's. The camera is superb but the highest pic resolution is only 352*288. Memory is poor. Picture phonebook can't be used, it's true that when we receive sms, no vibrating alert, just tones alert. camera's rotation get loosen after used for about 3 month. When we lock memo we must open it with the standard security code (0000), not the one that we use. The screen is good, better than N6600 but not as good as Samsung's. No java and the phones comes with only one game embedded.

This phone is best for its value. Its now available at US$190. SMS system same as Nokia, User-friendliness high. Camera is of average same as 7250. Video-recording and playing is superbly smooth which is better than my Nokia 3650. Screen is huge for better viewing. Ringtones are loud enough to prevent miss calls even if so, vibration is strong enough to catch ur attention.
Minus point : No Java...pretty pissed off. No bluetooth - my bluetooth dongle collecting dust.
Not the best phone but definately worth recommending 8.5/10 !

I bought this phone to use out of curiousity as I saw quite few people using. After having and used the phone, I found that this G8000 are not bad. The resolution is clear for the camera and the video recoding, thespeakerphone and ring tones also very loud. The user interface are very user friendly except no chinese, althought the phone look quite big but if fit just nice for our ear to the mouth with crystal clear reception. The build quality look solid and the best is the package comes with 2 batteries and earpiece so saved more when you buy this phone. For me, bluetooth and java games not important as I used to have the best phone with everything but never make use of it. This G8000 is value for money, the price is cheap and yet the phone is good. I give 9/10 to this phone. Cheers!!!!!

If you look at the main page of G8000, you see that it's written: ¨LG G8000i = G8000 + Java support¨. This mean that the new upgraded version, G8000i will have Java, something that G8000 doesn't have. When is the new version coming (to Norway)?

Have this phone and love it. Good keypad size and layout. Screen is quite big as well but this consumes more battery.
Can survive without the Java and Bluetooth.
Lack of accessories like desktop charger, case, USB charger etc.
The worse is support from LG. Try writing to LG, whether KR support HQ or SG customer center. You will probably be lucky to get a response.

really? how come at http://www.lghandphones.com/LG%20G8000.htm it says that SMS not possible to set to vibrate; SMS tones do not vibrate ?
