I thought you using first phone andriod phone. In all andriod phone has a one day battery pack up. Ok main you have keep brightness less. Them you get battery more. And more thing walk down to service center there you new ubgrad version 2.1 just ubgrad then you will not get problems ok . Bye dude

If you have and theres no update...you can try the Modaco forums or the XDA forums for more info.

Kabayan, Im also here in philippines LG said that update will be available by December (Hopefully).
if you want to upgrade to 2.1 dont wait for december you can do it yourself (ive already did, im in 2.1 eclaire, thanks to MegaBubbleTea and RFB)
you can install application to SD in 2.1, you just need some configurations,
